Air Asia — Lost Baggage - Bad customer service

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Girish Motwani. EMail id is [protected]@gmail.com I want to file an official complaint against Air Asia for my lost baggage. I traveled on 17-18 sep from Vishakhapatnam Airport, India to Lombok Airport, Indonesia. These are flight details: Vishakhapatnam to Kuala Lumpur - Flight AK 82 - 17 sept 2015, departure time 9:55 PM Kuala Lumpur to Lombok - Flight AK 308 - 18 sept 2015, departure time 8:40 AM PNR: SCWYQM I cheked in 4 baggages at Vishakhapatnam Airport. It was a fly through flight. So i was supposed to collect all checked in luggage at destination Airport, i.e. Lombok. But when i reached Lombok on 18 sept at around 11:45 AM, i received only 3 baggages. I immediately reported about my lost baggage to the airport authorities. One of the officer named Saufi collected required details from me with scanned copy of my passport and boarding pass and handed me Airasia's PIR(Property Irregularity Report) He sent an email to the respective teams at Kuala Lumpur and Vishakhapatnam airport to check for my lost baggage. But nothing was done until next 10 days. I had my return flight from Lombok to Kuala Lumpur to Vishakhapatnam on 27 sept 2015. I personally met Air Asia personnel at all these 3 airports and requested them to find my lost luggage. I also sent email to AirAsia Nodal officer at [protected]@airasia.com & [protected]@airasia.com stating entire incident. But till now i have not received any reply from Air asia. I kindly request you to help me in this matter. Thanks Girish

Lock broken

I have travelled from delhi to goa via booking I D TDJRTS As i reached in goa i saw my luggage balock has been broken along with chain. Kindly look into the matter and refund for the same.
