I reached airport at 11 am at gate no.-1. But could not enter without boarding pass. Then i reported on air asia counter at 11:05 am. Their staff member loni raba tried to open the link for boarding pass but due to bad weather that coulnot be opened. Then thier another staff member neezu dass was informed about above problem but she ignored the matter. They wasted my 1+1/2 hour & i missed the flight due to their negligence. Toll free no. Tried many times but of no use i want my refund back. As i have faced a lot of harassment. I am very disappointed with service of air asia. Please do needful otherwisw i have no other option to complaint in consumer court against ur company and staff members non cooperative behaviour with passangers. Hope to hear from u soon.     Dear sir/madam

    I mr. Jaganth ghosh had booked the ticket as guest in mmt from bangalore to bhubaneswar, but i was got disappointed when i booked the ticket through mmt for traveling on july 08/07/2020 from bangalore to bhubaneswar through airasia and the cancellation was made by air asia.

    But airasia has cancelled the flight on 02/07/2020, i have the screen shot attaching to this mail, please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I have contacted airasia many times for a refund. They are not responding to me properly even though they are not answering my calls and email. The cancellation is done by airasia. The amount is almost rs 19000/-.

    I hope mmt will revert back to me.

    Please help me out in this pandemic situation.

      Dear consumer forum,

      I booked my ticket through yatra airline pnr - d15ipm, the airline cancelled the ticket due to lockdown announced by the government.

      Now when i am processing the refund yatra has pointed me to airasia.

      As i booked in yatra i should get either the refund or credit in yatra

        I had booked a flight in AirAsia, but they have canceled my flight and rescheduled it to a different timing without informing me. So I have canceled the ticket and asked for a refund. Till now they have not yet refunded my amount. As I booked through a travel agency, so travel agency is contacting them on a priority basis, but they are not giving any update till now.
        It's been more than a week.
        Such a worse service by Airasia. Below are the ticket details. Please I request you to please get my refund done ASAP on a priority basis. I really need the amount badly.

            I have also complain last monday through this, still no results or action has been taken up. I have booked a ticket on air asia (Booking no: q46kxw) 04 may 2020 new delhi ✈ imphal. But the flight got cancel due to lockdown. Then on 22nd of july, i request for the refund since i don't want to keep in credit account and i need the money due to lockdown i face financial issue. It's now already been more than 1and half month, they haven't refund my money and no information has been passed on to me, then i send msg on social media but everytime they say taking time and keep in credit account. I send msg to call me on my number but never call me. As per latest govt. Norms airlines now can keep the money up to 1 month from the date of applying but in my case nothing has been happen. So I like to file a case at the court.

              Below are details of the travel ticket booked

              Bangalore to Jaipur - PNR Y27LMN - Case was raised with Air Asia for refund of the airfare (case number[protected] on Jul 24 2020 an automated email was received saying your refund is processed and would take 10-15 days to process by bank and would reflect in your account thru which the payment was made. Till date the amount is not received and today I see the case is closed saying the amount credit to your account which is not correct.

              Jaipur to Bangalore - PNR C6HGPK - Case was raised with Air Asia for refund of the airfare (case number[protected], on Jul 24 2020 an automated email was sent saying your refund is processed and would take 10-15 days to process by bank and would reflect in your account thru which the payment was made. Till date the amount is not received and today I see the case is closed saying the amount credit to your account which is not correct.

              Kindly help to get the refund of the airfare. it is very difficult to have a direct call with airline as the lines are busy throughout the day .

                  2 days back i received a vacancy through naukri.com regarding airlines job from new light manpower solutions. I applied for it.
                  Today morning i received this message through sms"dear candidate, your resume is shortlisted for an interview, check your email or download your interview letter by clicking on given link - https://bit.ly/3g7IvZv"
                  They sent me everything about air asia and asked to refund an amount of rs 9, 800 and later they asked me to send again around 11, 564 saying that i previous paid them without gst so they asked me to pay 11564 and they will reverse 9800 to my account.
                  When i found it suspicious i googled it about this and there were other people who received the same message and later i found out it as a fraud.
                  I would really like you to take action against these people as they are playing with peoples money at this period of time where there is so much happening all around the world. I hope there will be some action taken against them

                    I have booked ticket from indore to bangalore on feb 25, 2020 via paytm website. Travel date on 28 march due to covid-19 the flight was cancelled, several time i have contact with them but i am getting hot reponse.

                        Pnr: q6ujrn. Flight cancelled by airasia itself. Promised me refund or credit amount. Had booked through flipkart. Flipkart said they cannot do anything from their side and told to contact airasia.
                        Refund/credit amount is stuck since 4 months.

                        Attaching a screenshot of the same, in which they promised the refund in 2 to 3 working days but not yet done. It is showing 'completed' but it is false.

                        Refund/credit amount is stuck since 4 months.

                        Attaching a screenshot of the same (airasia.com, my Big Member account/my cases section), in which Airasia promised the refund in 2 to 3 working days but not yet done. It is showing 'completed' but it is FALSE.

                          We took our flight on 28th july from bangalore to Bhubaneswar. Our luggage weight was more than 20kg and i paid twice 1600 in BHIM and the transactions were successful from my side but from your side the transactions were showing timed out and one of your flight attendant said it will come after some time so no need to worry she gave me one reference id. If you will not get your money in case call our customer care and provide the reference id. I paid even 3600 in google pay after the failure of transactions in BHIM.. Now it's 8 days almost.. Your customers support may not working due to covid 19 I can totally understand. Please also show your concern towards your customers or else next time they may not choose your brand it will effect on your goodwill. Word of mouth matters so please solve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible. I complaint in BHIM AND i received one message about the transaction that they were already credited to the merchant account.

                            Dear sir,
                            Earlier on 23.07.2020 i booked a ticket from air asia mumbai to kolkata of rs 5286 (Pnr no:y696jq). Due to corona the flight was cancelled and on 02.08.2020 i received a message of getting refund of 1135 rs out of 5286 rs. I could not understand why a huge amounts were deducted as i have not cancel the flight. It actually was cancelled by the airline department. I want to know the reason behind a huge amount deducted. As i request u to look after it and deposit my full refund amount as soon as possible.

                              I am having a bad time with air asia for the past few months. First i booked a flight from chennai to kolkata which was cancelled due to covid. Instead of refund all i got was credit shell with big member id. Then almost three to four times the flight which i booked by the given credit shell all got cancelled.                                 Its very sad not note, you don't have a " humans for right interaction" and left all to some software which never helps out. Ref. my name and conact no registered you can track the same, the fligts are cancelled due to lockdown and by defaulty i should get the returns in airasia big acount, but till now it is showing " no value added".

                                Kindly resolve out this so i can use the value. I am tired of your unprofessional approach and may lead to consumer complaint.

                                      Many times i chased them to return last from approx 2 month. Just every one manipulating only even nodal office who specially known for customer happiness.

                                      Explaining completely

                                      I have booked a flight for 16 april 2020 but due to covid-19 it get cancelled. I re
                                      Booked for 7june 2020 again because of some reason flight get cancelled from airasia itself. So this
                                      Time i requested refund request. When i first time call the support team, they said
                                      Server is not working so they can not initiate this process today. So called them next day and asked them the same to refund money to my account. The lady
                                      Support said yes it get done and within 14 working days you will get your amount.
                                      As i don't get any reference i'd for this process i called again the support team
                                      Next day, i shocked of their response from the support. He said he is going to
                                      Initiate the refund process now. I cross questioned him about the same this refund process is already initiated yesterday then he responsed/ manipulated me, he told me actually it was initiated for the wallet return i have raised the request for refund in account. Then again i said, i said that lady to i want refund my money in my account. Then why this has been done. He then said within 14 working days you will get your money.

                                      After working 16days again when i don't received any amount i again give them the call back. Literally very cheat full response from support. Support boy said he told me this would be refunded within 14-20 working days. I again said okay. After 25 working days i again call them at this time support lady said they are not looking this matter. Finally i raised my voice to nodal officer with a hope all will be settle. But here again i got the 3 week waiting time. None refund initiated. I tried to connect with makemytrip.com support phone not reachable only machine voice then cut. Raised the ticket again 3 week waiting time given.

                                      What is this actually? I simply want money back with the torched compensation.

                                        I had unfortunately booked a short holiday in goa for april. Due to the covid situation, those tickets had to be cancelled. However, airasia said that i could not take a refund as i had booked through irctc but could only rebook. I rebooked for august 13th and return on aug 16th and was assured that i could rebook any number of times. Since we are again not in a position to travel without going into quarantine i need to cancel (Preferably) or rebook the tickets once again. It is impossible to connect with any live service representative at air asia as they always claim that their lines are busy at any time of the day. Their online service gives only stock answers without comprehending the problem.

                                        I thought that all airlines were required to refund covid hit flights? Why is airasia not doing this? Since we have no idea when we will be able to travel it is the only logical solution. I am now looking at a rs12000 loss.
