Air Asia — non receipt of refund or credit shell

This is regarding my round trip delhi - goa with booking numbers -

D8f1rr - thu, 09 apr '20 delhi to goa
Gsktsi - sun, 12 apr '20 goa to delhi

Air asia cancelled my flight due to covid-19, and they are not given me credit account or refund of my money

I am waiting for credit or refund from last 2 months, made numerous emails, chats, online requests, not able to find this booking on my big member id

Total amount of rs 26037

When contacted by mmt, they say airlines has refunded my money to them but mmt is not giving me credit shell or refund

Iam feeling scammed, please help
