Air Asia — problem in r rescheduling my flight

This is regarding my booking in air-asia from kochi to delhi for date 18-03-20, the booking reference no. Is v4zfnw.

The details of passenger is as follows:

Niharika panwar infant f-1.6 yrs (D. O. B.[protected]
Pammy panwar f-34
Ashok panwar m-66
Sudha panwar f-66

The costumer care told me to contact after 18 august, but my concern is whats the point in contacting in august while my date of travel is 18 march, at that point of time neither i will be getting the amount after cancellation nor rescheduling is allowed at that time. I told them that i am ready to pay the ticket price different of child for the infant, but they said its also not possible. Neither they are rescheduling for 4 adult and 1 child while cancelling the infant ticket, so that i can buy a fresh ticket for her.

I need you to sort out the matter at the earliest.
