Air Asia — Refund my airfare and return | |||||
I request to inform you that, Today I went to airport but they not allowed me to check in, my booking no is DHSNWJ, Mr deep ground staff (Air Asia) has told me that I'm blacklisted in Air Asia, if I was banned they why they booked my flight ticket in Air Asia, and what was the reason because of that they blacklisted me. please rescheduled or remove my blacklist so that I can able to booked my ticket for today flight . I request you to please rescheduled my flight on tommorow date that is 29/04/2016 or refund my money. I missed my connecting flight too from Kuala Lumpur to langkawi that booking no is UEDZRI Please Co Operate because we have done too much booking in flights and hotel Please look into the matter and reply Was this information helpful? | |||||
