We planned for our vacation with lots of excitement and booked the flights for family and Booked different hotels in Rajasthan & also booked Local Transport.

My name is Saiprasad P. I booked a Morning Star Travels bus ticket through the Goibibo app for travel from Kodad to Hyderabad at 1:50 AM.

Unfortunately, I faced the following issues:

I received incorrect driver contact details (details shared were for a bus traveling from Hyderabad to Kodad).

Despite waiting at the designated boarding point, the driver did not stop to pick...

I have booked a to and fro flight from DEL- HAN but did not receive the confirmation of return ticket when i checked with Go Ibibo customer support I was asked to book a new return flight as due to some error ticket was not created and a refund will be issued, this happened on 22nd Nov, I am still waiting for the refund and no means to reach to customer care executive as its all automatic.
Need an update why the refund is not processed...

We have booked our flite from goibibo on 28th Nov from Kochi to New Delhi. By mistake we booked flite for 16th of January inspite of 17th January. I tried booking flight from BOM to CCU for 15th Nov'25 - Gobibo asked for Rs 5991 which i paid via UPI. UPI ref[protected]. The amount got debited successfully but goibibo app shown error for flight booking. I tried reaching their customer care number[protected] but its useless for such topics.

Need the money back from Goibibo...

I'm certain of it..
I want my full money back...
I didn't travelled, and I had to wait another 3 hours Waiting for another bus...
I'm frustrated that I have type to get my money back
