I had booked cab from Banga Punjab to Shalimar Bagh Delhi on on 17/05/2022, pick up from Banga at 11.00 A.M. on 22/05/2022.

On 22/05/2022 morning, I was ready for journey and was waiting for Driver and vehicle particulars. At about 10.25 A.M. I received A call from vendor that due to Sunday and tourist rush, Diesel Car is not available and only CNG car can be provided.

As I was to reach Delhi urgently...

I paid amazon pay icici credit card bill Rs.10000/- on 14 may 2022 through UBI net banking Bill payment VIA www.amazon.in after enter OTP payment failed but money debited from my ubi account, still now money not refunded to my account yet, so please kindly solve this issue..

Hiii, my name is Khushi and I made a booking from GoIbibo and then cancelled it. I have not received any refund for the same even though its more than 20 days now.
I have generated a ticket for same 4 to 5 days ago, which was approved but no response received yet.
I also mailed the same with proper documents and got no reply.
Please do the needful and provide the refund ASAP.

          I had booked the train ticket on 28 th April 2022, but still now I did not get the refund for the failed booking but in the their app it’s showing as Money refunded.
          No hope of contacting their customer care. It leads to nowhere. Kindly resolve this issue

          My booking id is HTLDNANSUTKJ34HZ

          This hotel I'm not finding safe for women.

          I was there for max 1 hour and feel Insecured hence forth i left from there.

          I request to please cancel my booking and issue me my full refund else I'll have to go ahead with customer case against goibibo and that hotel because inspite of these fact they are arguing with me that refund...

          I feel cheated

          Worst customer care approach where there is no way to talk to anyone about refund
          Every day each executive follows one approach to communicat ethe issue but never gets to solution

            I booked for cochin to shenyang flight on 20 feb 2020 . due to the covid the flight was cancelled and everyone of my friend who booked the same flight has been refunded and i have been till now like its been more 2 years now everytime i call the customer care regarding the problem they are just careless and neglecting my complaint and making me wait like a stupid fool . respectfully i have right to get the refund their no other complication...

            I had to cancel my train ticket from goibibo, because i was on waiting list,
            I cancelled on 29th april. and it was said refund would be credited in 5 - 7 working days. it also shows in the app money credited. but no actual transaction has been made. There is also no direct way of contacting them. This is frustrating. None of the toll free numbers are worknig also...

              I had to cancel my ticket from phuket to new delhi (Booking ID: GOFLIMTANDC42B[protected]) I have received the cancelled amount in my wallet and later when I clicked on 'transfer refund', it said the amount refund has been initiated. But it has been 12 days and still have not received any confirmation from goibibo. I am not even able to get to talk to the customer support and they are not even replying to the emails....

              I had booked tickets for jet airways flight from Mumbai to London, pnr no - GPCMKE dated 06/August/2019 and returning on 19/August/2019 from London to Mumbai, pnr no- OUJWER.
              Total 4 tickets were booked in the name of Mr- Jude Samuel.
              I have not yet got a refund for these tickets from Goibibo.
              Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Problem not resolved.

                I booked a hotel some days prior in NIKHIL REGENCY (bhilai 3, near powerhouse, Chhattisgarh) and the receptionist very rudely told me that she won't give a room of I don't pay 500rs extra because their all deals with goibibo is over...

                First of all if the deal is over... How are u gonna take the rest of 1.5 k from goibibo and if deal is really over then why is goibibo still showing ur hotel

                They are a fraud...
