Ibibo Group / Goibibo — the payment is not done by goibibo to the hotel

My booking id is htl46yx58h. The holiday inn express jakarta hotel say that they have not received the payment/ booking amount till now by goibibo. I have already paid the amount online through goibibo app on 14th of august. This is really disappointing. I have given my card on security basis. This is completely unprofessional. Today is 15 august. My check in has been done on 14 and check out is on 17 but goibibo has not done the transfer yet. Would not likely to go back to goibibo again.
I have repeatedly called them but they have been making false excuses and have not worked on it yet....

I booked an hotel by booking id - htlu4tdukv and due to some reason i cancelled it and they showed that the amount has been refunded and they gave me an bank refrence number which is[protected] but its already been 7days and the money isn't reflected in my account. I am continuously asking for the reason of refund but i am unable to get a satisfactory reply from their end....

I booked a hotel dated 12/08/19 in ludhiana. Hotel name was hotel parth. But i could not check in due to some reasons. Hotel representative told that goibibo will refund your payment. But there is no response from goibibo side. If i paid for hotel stay and not stayed then why i shold pay money for that.

Ibibo Group / Goibibo — baggage scam by goibibo on air tickets

Flight was booked from new delhi to halifax. The goibibo app showed 2 check in baggages while booking and on the ticket it shows only one.
Customer has been trapped and cheated by showing false information before booking and changing details after booking. The ticket costed around 1 lakh indian rupees and now they area asking me to pay extra amount for the 2nd bag.

Even their customer care executive confirmed on chat and over call that it was 2pc checkin baggage (All screenshots attached).

Ibibo Group / Goibibo — when I pay airtel bill online, it goes to goibibo group account, without any hint.

How ever the amount went to GoIbibo group private limited, without any hint.
Later i found the amount didnt get credited to my Airtel account.

But the transaction details appears in my bank account statement.

Dear all,

Worst experience of my life with go ibibo,

We were group of 13 person was travelling to udaipur and booked 5 rooms for 13 peoples with advance payments as well early check in confirmations at hotel yois udaipur,
When we reach at hotel, hotelier denied to give check in to all as they were not having single rooms to give us, and they have told us that this was the system error and taken booking but we don't have any rooms please talk to go ibibo we cant do anything in this matters.

When we contacted go ibibo they told us to wait for...

We booked oyo hotel, but after searching for the hotel for one hour came to know that hotel had been sold out and no more exist now. We were with kids and women at the midnight. We had to book new rooms at that time with cash payments.
Even after talking to area manager oyo, haridwar, no refund done till now. We suffered too much mental harassment and financial loss. I would suggest all to never go for oyo rooms/hotels....

I have booked a round trip air ticket from kolkata to pune but it was failed and my money was spent from my account. Ibibo says it failed but bank says that ibibo still open the status of booking in progress. Your gia assistant was failed to understand my issue. Please help me, either confirm my booking or close the open window. Also i am not be able to re book my tickets as all the money spent from my account. We booked a room in oyo 19907 using goibibo app and at hotel our check-in was denied stating unmarried couples are not allowed but in goibibo app it was clearly mentioned that unmarried couples are allowed. My check-in was on 10 aug and check out on 13 aug, after contacting goibibo regarding this issue at around 4:30 pm and they agreed their mistake and told they will provide a solution within 30mins still not resolved. Kindly inform you yesterday i booked a hotel in jodhpur (Raj) & hotel denied by hotelier, i contact with goibibo team, the didn't give me satisfied response for 1 hour, also give money back without my allowance without any compensation.

Very disappointed to see this type of behavior in biggest company like goibibo.

Kindly request to ceo of goibibo take nessacery action, if it can't b done than close this fake business which create problems to customers.

I booked hotel from goibibo, but i'm facing some serious issue health in this hotel so i tried to connect with goibibo
They hold my call for at least one hour and i almost talk with 5-6 executive and eveyone promised me to call back in 5 mint but it almost 20 hours but not a single call came. I also file complaint on their website and side them email

Yesterday we are traveling full day to get rest we booked a hotel at chandigarh hotel anmol. Later night near 1.30 am we reached hotel and hotel denied to give the room which is booked on goibibo
They ssid we are not registered with goibibo and we faced lot of trouble at midnight, its really a harassment. Now neither goibibo refund our payment nor they picking my phones or query. Please help kn this...

I called the customercare first neha picked the call, asked to submit the bill and promised me to call back in 10 min, but did not receive any call. Again i called the cc rohit picked the call, after asking me to hold said we did not receive any bill from your end, but i receive the mail from go ibibo saying that

I booked a hotel name mint ebony in banjara hills, hyderabad for 2 nights. There were lots of bedbugs in my room as well as rooms are not maintained properly. They charge[protected]/- per night. After complaining to goibibo, they changed this hotel to hotel tanisha, jubilee hills, hyderabad. But again, same bedbugs problem, lots of cockroaches were there in our room in tanisha hotel. If they don't accept online booking, then why it is listed on goibibo site and why goibibo taking money from customers did they accept online payment and generate confirmation voucher. Sir my train ticket was canceled last month 18th june and refund amount of rs1370 issue. I confirmed with goibibo itself post booking that whether for booking international flight passport details are mandatory and answer was yes. However, when i had booked my international flight i was never asked for passport details.. Even post booking no one informed me about this before i called and enquired about the same.. I have escalated the issue in 6.08.2019 and goibibo was supposed to revert within 72 hours.. No response is yet received from goibibo.. This is the worst service i have seen from goibibo... I booked hotel orbit 34a sector of chandigarh on 9 the august. As i was traveling alone with my 5 years old kid. From hamirpur to chandigarh it's around 200 km.
