On 15 March 2025, I had bus booking with pnr 4AA72NH2...
On that day, I reached the isbt kashmiri gate, on Gate 1 and 2 and stood there waiting for bus untill the Bus leave time 11:55 pm I tried calling driver, his phone went switch off, I tried calling him from 11:45 to 11:55 pm, his phone switch off, so I went upstairs, to leafybus office, when I get there it was closed, I called there customer care number, no one picked up...
Bunch of times I tried calling again no response...
I went enquiry section on the Bus station, they said nothing we can do as it's a private bus..
At 12:05 am bus driver switched his phone on, and said, he reached Noida, and pickup everyone on kashmiri gate station...
What the hell I'm suppose to do now,
Driver didn't called me, no customer support...
I waited till bus was suppose to leave the station, there was no sign of bus on that station by 11: 55 pm
I'm certain of it..
I want my full money back...
I didn't travelled, and I had to wait another 3 hours Waiting for another bus...
I'm frustrated that I have type to get my money back
Mark my word, I will never use your services ever again...

    Refund for flight not given

    Ibibo claims they Refunded me R6311 on 13 November for a Flight Ranch-Pune Indigo I cancelled.
    I have checked all my accounts (have 9 and 5 credit cards). I sought to whom they Refunded and last 4 Digits of that ac no.
    They SIMPLY REFUSE. 4 complaints logged in and each reply is go check yourself.

    Less refund despite the flight cancelled by airline

    We had booked a flight from Ayodhya to Jaipur through GoIbibo. Booking ID - GOFLDNTAAB[protected]. This flight was cancelled by the sirline. We therefore requested for full refund. We should get the full refund as flight is cancelled by airline, but we were refunded Rs. 1, 566/- less. We should be refunded the balance Rs. 1, 566/- immediately....

    Refund 2x

    I have paid extra 20rs for refund the amount double if incase the bus booking is cancelled by the bus operator. But i got only 714rs, . But have paid rs 734rs to book the bus from Coimbatore to Bangalore on October 13. I want 2x the amount back to my wallet....

      I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced while booking a bus ticket for my parents through your platform.

      The bus that I booked was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes, and my parents were left stranded. Although the driver did call an hour before the scheduled departure to inform me of the delay, it was too late for my parents to wait as they had to reach a guest's place. Due to this, they had no option but to take another bus.

      When I attempted to cancel the booking or find an alternative, I was unable to do so as there was no option available on the app, and my attempts to reach your customer care went unanswered. This lack of communication and support is extremely disappointing.

      I expect better service and a prompt resolution to ensure such issues do not occur in the future. Please look into this matter and advise on the next steps regarding the refund or any compensation for the inconvenience caused.

            Using Goibibo for more than 10 years. Booked a Hotel in Goa on 15th July for a night. We could not go because of the Heavy Rain alert. Requested to process a refund or credit notes to plan on a later date. Followed up with Goibibo for more than 4 days in advance. Goibibo could not process even this simple request and gave reason, sorry hotel denied the request!...What is the point of going through Goibibo for Hotel booking if they can't help customer in a situation like this ?!
