I was subscribed with ibibo.com and i had an email account with them. They discontinued their email service and hence my email account has also been discontinued. I want to complaint about my data lost which was stored in my emails, i also had some useful and important emails which was needed for future use. Iam booking a flight from indigo company and my portal is goibibo than iam cancelled a flight and flight is refundable.

Amount is 9122 but after cancelled a flight booking and amont is refund is 3522 and he or she take a cancellation charges is 5600..

I have book ticket but unfortunate the date was put wrongly by my self and i have requested to change the dates but both party (Goibibo and jet airways blaming each other) and not helping the client

I have requested lots but both vendor not helping client if they have called immediate after booking

I request to all people don't book the ticket from goibibo they cheat the client and not replying

Goibibo is a cheater company

I have made a booking on 12th june from goibibo. I have done two transactions but first one is failed so i did another payment. But they are saying now that both transactions are successful and this is my fault that i didn't call them. I received failed transaction message so why i will call this is why i did another payment. I booked hotel on goibibo for mussoorie named radha residency which is clearly mentioned that it is situated at library chowk (Which is start of mall road) but when we reach there we found that we were cheated and the hotel was having other address. We called goibibo but not got any help. We requested u take strong action against them so that other families should not be cheated like this. This property is situated far from library chowk and we had paid rs.400 for pick up and drop for library chowk. We requested hotel to provide pickup /drop facility but they refuse. I was stranded at night because the number of the hotel provided on the app was dead, which was accepted by the hotel manager when i checked in. Location given on the app is a ditch, the exact location is on the top of the mountain. I kept calling the hotel number from 9 pm to 11 pm but no 1 answered the call. Then i called the customer service team and made me wait for 18 mins to connect to hotel. When i came into the room and thew my bag the dust below the bed came out like anything. I had a booking in gulfair to delhi on 16june2017 at 9:45 pm from bahrain, i have done webcheck-in and reached airport at 7:45. Checkin counter staff send me to customer service as flight was overbooked and i have connected flight form delhi. I have booked train tickets which were wait listed and automatically got cancelled.
Firstly irctc deducted charges which were baseless and i have raised separate complaint with them.
But whatever irctc provided - goibibo again deducted rs. 40 and on calling customer care they are hopeless people. Firstly they disconnect your calls and afterwards nobody helps out.

When asked email for escalation, they have no details.
Don't book your tickets from goibibo. They are fraud.

I will be raising complaint everywhere and expose this to social media as well....

An amount of rs1402 has been debited from my savings account for a bsnl recharge through your payment gateway... Ibibo.
Bsnl never received the amount and do they did not recharge. Kindly credit the amount back to my savings account.
I have attached the transaction details of the debited amount.
Also have attaached the mail from bsnl that they did not receive any amount of rs1402, so they did not recharge my phone. Please credit the amount back to my savings account...

On April 23, 2017 I was charged twice for same transaction. Transaction ID are as follows
1) 75105177114000712103469
2) 75105177114000712094510
And auth ID are 571092, 958065

I made the transaction through ICICI bank credit card with last 4 digits 0004.

I asked bank but as per bank the transaction was claimed by merchant so bank could not reverse it back....

I am contacting goibibbo every week to get to know my refund status of the tickets cancelled on 04th may 2014 from gulf air. So far i spoke o jagmeet, bilal, priyanka & vishwajeet, but still i am getting the same response that my request is under progress, escalated but i got refund of rs.7900 for the airticket amount i paid rs.144000.

I had booked one sedan cab from goibibo from pune to thane mumbai for 5/6/17. I had already discussed about my luggage quantity with customer care of goibibo over phone and they assured me to carry this with there cab. At last my booking details has been changed by site and they have send Sachin Shinde driver who denied to carry my luggage and thrown all the things from carriage and went away. Now company neither make any alternative arrangements for my travel nor give my 100% booking amount to my account. I want to file a suit against these people....

On 3rd june i got the split of my payment and i came to know that they have charged full fare for a child under 11years. I think no air line charges full fare for a child under 11. The company provides a promotional offer like cash back where they give discount in terms of gocash which you can use in furture bookings, you can also earn same through referrals... Ideally they should project as normal cash for there product. However need to get to notice of as many people as possible the charting goibibo does on the name of gocash. Today morning i was booking a hotel which came at rs 11115. It states i can pay up to 20% by gocash. I arranged gocash through referral and tried booking it again.
