I raised a refund request on Goibibo site for cancelled flight by akasaair. I tracked the status on the site and it is showing 'No refund is applicable for this booking' but airline confirmed that amount is already refunded to the agency on 10 Feb but I didn't receive it yet.
Even I am not able to connect with any Goibibo team member. It is a bit disappointed. Please send me the status with ETA on my mail and get it done asap....

We are senior citizens and booked 3 rooms for three nights through goibibo, 23 jan 26 Jan 2026 at Xylem Sea side resort (Puri, Orissa)through goibibo and paid 100 % advance a month ago.
Then we reached at the resort for Check In, the manager denied check in and said goibibo has overbooked and no room is available.

I was in the middle of booking my tickets to Finland, right about the time when the reciept was going to be generated, the system failed and the payment got stuck. I called the Goibibo customer service number and the agent said 1hour the payment will be processed. After GoIbibo took the money they still haven't sent my tickets. I have booked a to and fro flight from DEL- HAN but did not receive the confirmation of return ticket when i checked with Go Ibibo customer support I was asked to book a new return flight as due to some error ticket was not created and a refund will be issued, this happened on 22nd Nov, I am still waiting for the refund and no means to reach to customer care executive as its all automatic.
Need an update why the refund is not processed...

We have booked our flite from goibibo on 28th Nov from Kochi to New Delhi. By mistake we booked flite for 16th of January inspite of 17th January. I tried booking flight from BOM to CCU for 15th Nov'25 - Gobibo asked for Rs 5991 which i paid via UPI. UPI ref[protected]. The amount got debited successfully but goibibo app shown error for flight booking. I tried reaching their customer care number[protected] but its useless for such topics.

Need the money back from Goibibo...
