My name is Krishna Kumar Jaiswal (Mobile No:[protected]) and have an account with goibibo with email krishna.k.[protected]@gmail.com . i booked one Bus ticket on 11-Feb-2023 from Kolkata to Patna for the same date, I arrived at bus stand 1 hour before to avoid any miss and started waiting, when bus not arrived at its parking place till 4:45 PM, I contacted to office they informed bus is under maintainance, we are not sure how much time it will...

Hello,

I have ongoing complaint with Goibibo customer care but looks like I won’t get resolution there. I booked a hotel (Di Pantai Boutique beach resort) for dates (23/02/2023 to 25/02/2023) from my app account (+91 [protected]). While booking, the app showed that booking successful and I paid Rs. 7470/- from my HDfC credit card for two nights stay. But after couple of hours my booking was showing under unsuccessful bookings...

      I booked 2 tickets from karad to Mumbai on 9/3/24 money debited but I got only Invoice e-ticket or any message not provided by Goibibo
      I waited for 1 hour after boarding time but not any bus from Paulo travels didn't came later I booked another Travels any customer support number and App are not responding. Please arrange my refund of 766/-

        I started my journey at 4.50pm from hyd to vizag, it's 11pm now I have not even crossed suryapet... I have changed 4 svr buses to reach to main bus at bachupally svr bus graveyard...

        We had booked a room through Goibibo on 23rd Feb, 2023 at Oriental Residency but on going there they said there are no rooms available and hence we are cancelling your booking and you will get your refund as they have initiated it from their side.

        Even after multiple followups on a daily basis we havent received any refund or acknowledgement of refund confirmation from goibibo and we are tired by liaising with goibibo on daily basis.

        This is a complete pathetic service and we are not getting our money back even though our booking was cancelled and I will defame goibibo and the hotel and get the raings down as we are quite irritated with calling them again and again and getting no response

          I don't have an account with Ibibo or any of their affiliates and I have not availed their service in any form. They deducted RS 2000 on February 10, 2023 without my consent (ePAY/To:IBIBO WEB PVT LTD). I have not received any email or message or call on deduction and was surprised by seeing the charge today! Please refund my amount immediately and cancel the account if someone created it fraudulently. I have tried t contact their support but it requires to log in and call got disconnected, which is waste of my valuable time.

                I'm unable to fill TDR my train booking in which all passengers got WaitingList.

                Below is the message I got from Goibibo customer care to file the TDR,

However, the process for reserving tickets was unsuccessful. Please repay the money as soon as possible.

                              On 12/2/23 booked 2 bus tickets for Rs 3299 on goibibo app however while trying to cancel the ticket I was offered only 50% refund and they deducted 1600 towards cancellation fees which is a massive loss to me and company is indulged in this kind of malpractice

                                Dear Sir, I Bela Shaw am eligible for refund of Rs 6381 for Cancellation of my Son Sohom Shaw's flight of 26th feb 2023 from Kolkata to Goa via PNR GZ8QXE booked on 8th Dec 2022 which got cancelled from your end and it was confirmed also on Saturday 4th Feb, 2023. But it is still not showing in my Goibibo refund status from where I booked my flight. please help me in this regard
