On 15 March 2025, I had bus booking with pnr 4AA72NH2...
On that day, I reached the isbt kashmiri gate, on Gate 1 and 2 and stood there waiting for bus untill the Bus leave time 11:55 pm I tried calling driver, his phone went switch off, I tried calling him from 11:45 to 11:55 pm, his phone switch off, so I went upstairs, to leafybus office, when I get there it was closed, I called there customer care number, no one picked up...
Bunch of times I tried calling again no response...
I went enquiry section on the Bus station, they said nothing we can do as it's a private bus..
At 12:05 am bus driver switched his phone on, and said, he reached Noida, and pickup everyone on kashmiri gate station...
What the hell I'm suppose to do now,
Driver didn't called me, no customer support...
I waited till bus was suppose to leave the station, there was no sign of bus on that station by 11: 55 pm
I'm certain of it..
I want my full money back...
I didn't travelled, and I had to wait another 3 hours Waiting for another bus...
I'm frustrated that I have type to get my money back
Mark my word, I will never use your services ever again...
