Air Asia — Thai air asia double payment refund not happened

I have booked a thai air asia flight with pnr no sfbk8x for that double payment happened. I raised request for refund of extra amount through chat bot, for that they have given reference no[protected]. As per the latest status of the reference, it is showing as amount is credited to my a/c. When checked in my a/c, no amount credited to my a/c.

I raised no of mails to airasia support, but no response. There is no direct contact no in website, to speak in this regard.

Kindly help me in this
