Air Costa — about refund

What about my refund. I send you all the documents which you asked from my side in last week. Now its already one week over what about my refund...

Claim for refund of my ticket under pnr: olszfz with full satisfaction from air costa (Lepl projects ltd.).
I shall withdraw all the notices issued by me or by legal counsel/s on my behalf and complaints/cases
Filed by me before civil and criminal courts / consumer forum/ tribunals/appellate tribunals or any
Legal forum/s / dgca / civil aviation authorities etc. I further declare that i have not received any
Refund whatsoever on the attached flight ticket under pnr: o2szfz from any travel portal, travel agent,
And sub-agent or from wherever i have booked my ticket. I have provided the correct and eligible
Information to get my refund from air costa (Lepl projects ltd.). I adhere to this undertaking by
Providing you the acknowledgement on receipt of my refund, and i shall not claim or re-claim any refund
For the above referred ticket under pnr: o2szfz again, once i receive my refund.
