We had booked a air costa flight through via.com in march 17 from ahmedabad to bangalore with pnr no 02qjcj.
The flight was cancelled due to reasons unknown and we received a mail that the rs. 9996/- refund amount shall be proceed within next 24 hrs. And it may 6-7 additional days to reflect in your bank account.
We have also follow up by email with air costa and via.com. I have such a bad experience with via.com they have not conveyed about my refund. And whenever i called or emailed to via.com, they always says that "it is under process". But till date (After 4+ months) we have not received refund amount.
