Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I had booked a flight LB676 AMDHYD with PNR 02O3CC for 27th Mar 2016. Today suddenly I got a message that the flight has been cancelled and call customer care assistance. In assistance all I got is sorry and regrets from customer care guys saying flight got cancelled due to operational issue. In reply I was told no alternate flight is available we cannot book another flight and your ticket amount will be refunded.
What I will do of refund 2100/- when other flight of same date and time are costing me more than 10000/-. Why should I bear the extra amount without any mistake of mine? I think Air costa airlines is trying to prove the only mistake I did is by choosing Aircosta. Now my whole trip got disturbed. Air Costa people are not even trying to help me out.
When there is operational issue its company's internal problem and company should resolve the same rather than troubling customers. If you company is not able to put flight than should arrange a seat in other airlines or should give refund of equivalent fairs so that customer need not bear extra loss.
As there is nowhere my fault, I want refund equivalent to cost of fare I am getting charged for another airlines for same date and time or book my ticket accordingly. I want a revert resolving my issue in 24 hour, else I am gonna file a case against Air Costa in Consumer Court.
I thought of trying Air Costa flight for the first time and the very first time Air costa airlines gave so frustrating experience that in future I will ensure me and my friends, colleagues and family never choose Air Costa.
