Air Costa — air costa refund of cancelled flight

Hello sir/madam,

I booked air costa flight on 12-feb-2017 from adi to blr for 9-april-2017 but flight got cancelled due to some reason and my refund still not credit in my bank account. Even those i received mail from air costa on 13 mar 2017 for refund stating that refund will be created in my account in next 5-7 days. And details are as below.
