Air Costa — air costa ticket cancelled but still not refunded for jai-blr flight

Hello Sir/Madam,

I booked air costa flight on 21-Feb-2017 from JAI to BLR for 01-May-2017 but flight got cancelled due to some reason and my refund still not credit in my bank account. Even those I received mail from Air costa on 23 Mar 2017 for refund stating that refund will be created in my account in next 5-7 days. And details are as below.
