Air Costa — Air ticket cancelled not refunded

We had booked a air costa flight through your website in March 24 from Blore to Jaipur and return on 26th Mar from Jaipur to Blore.PNR No 02SRUO
The flight was cancelled due to reasons unknown and we received a mail that the amount shall be refunded within 15 working days.

However not received the refund amount of Rs29820(to and fro flight charges for 4 o[censored]s). We have sent so many reminder mails and they every time revert saying 15 days . Its more than 3 months since the cancellation has happened and we have still not received the refund amount.

Hope this forum would do something in getting the refund amount.
