I am writing this with respect to the air ticket cancellation on 17 dec 2016 . Informing the passengers few hours before the flight travel time was very unprofessional, that had caused a lot of inconvenience and also the loss of time and money .The request for the alternate travel was requested but was not full filled. Due to the cancellation of air costa ticket i was forced to book another ticket for the next day which costed me Rs7618 that is Rs3628 more than the price i had paid for the air costa ticket .The necessary documents have been attached kindly look for the attachments.
