Air Costa — Flight cancelled 4 days before departure date

Hi,

My husband and I booked flight tickets from Hyderabad to Jaipur for the date 11th March 2017. We had raised it almost 2 months prior(17th Jan 2017) and I receive a text message on 7th March 2017 saying flight is cancelled. The customer care isn't picking up calls or disconnecting it if connected.
We had booked in advance since the prices for flights were low at that time. Now when the flight is cancelled at the last moment, we have to book other flight at almost double the price that we had earlier booked. It is very unprofessional behavior from the company.
