Air Costa — Flight cancelled by air costa on feb 28, still no refund

Air costa had cancelled my flight on the last moment from vijayawada to bangalore on 28th feb 2017. Since then they have been telling that my ticket will be fully refunded in next 15 working days every time i inquire with them.

I am sick of same standard reply. Its a small amount that they should have courtesy of refunding the ticket considering the amount of inconvenience they caused by cancelling the flight just hours before departure.
