Air Costa — No refund on the booking which is cancelled by the company as the operations are suspended

Booking was made by me via easemytrip.com from Jaipur to Bangalore for Aircosta flight. The booking was confirmed. After someday there was an sms from the aircosta that the flight has been cancelled and passenger can call helpline number for the refund.
After calling them, they confirmed that the refund will come back via easemytrip.com and from airlines side refund initiated.
Easemytrip confirmed that the booking is cancelled but the airlines not yet initiated the refund. since then I am calling airline helpline numbers which are not answering and there is no clue on the refund status.
