My son book the ticket of the flight. Details are as under.
Since last one year he is trying for refund but no body is taking action. He mail 15 times to the company every time replied that with in 15 to 20 days refund will be given.
Your companies has given too much stress and mental harrashment to my son. It has also effect on the carrier of study.
You are requested to pay rs. 1 lakh as mental harrashment and refund of the amount with interest.
