Dear Sir/Ma'm,
Aircosta cancelled all their flights LB695 & LB693 ( Hyd-Ahd-Hyd ) in Mar-17 and They have not refunded so far all cancelled Flights for my PNR O2QK60 and O2QK61 .
I have written many mails to their nodal officer & appellate authority but "No response".
I attached my one of mail copy written to them as below,
