Air Costa — Not received the refund on flight cancelled from their side

We booked the flights tickets for hyd to jaipur and jai pur to hyd from air costa website for travel 03 rd march and 10th march respecively under pnr 02t09h
We were informed that the flights have been suspended and air costa will not be operational as of now. We requested the refund by calling their toll free number and spoke to customer service agent.
She confirmed that the booking is cancelled and full refund will be processed with in 07days.
We have not received the refund as of now. It being more than 3 months. We are continously following up for refund. We have been calling the tell free number daily and holding the lines for 30min and more but there is no reply. No executive is taking the call. We are calling up the site via.com from where we have booked our tickets, they are telling that its upon ar costa to make their payments so that via.com makes our refunds.
We request to take some action in your best possible ways so that we get our refund to the nearest date possible.
