Sub: air costa airlines tickets refund booked in feb 2017 through ease my trip.
I had booked the ticket on aircosta bangalore jaipur sector on 22nd feb 2017 for 5 travels scheduled in may 2017 and post suspension of flight operations i had cancelled the ticket on 6th march 2017 whereby i had got confirmation from aircosta customer care on the full refund of the flight as the cancellation is due to suspension of flights but i have still not received the refund in my account and the total due is close to rs. 20100/-.
The tickets were booked through the ticketing portal “ ease my trip” and i have written repeatedly to both air costa and ease my trip. Ease my trip has completely shrugged off from the responsibility that they can only pay if aircosta credits their account where as aircosta has only said that they will do it only when they have money. Now we don’t even get response from aircosta on mails and phone. Was this information helpful? |
