I had booked ticket for aircosta through my travel agent sonana travel world via airline pnr 02sre9 for the date 22 mar 2017 for myself and my family. However aircosta suspended operation and the flight was cancelled.
I have tried to reach them via multiple channels through my agent and directly. However till date we have not received any refund.
