The booking agent "Ease My Travel " is just replying that the AIRCOSTA is not payiing for refund
Plese advise us on getting refund from AIRCOSTA/Ease My Travel

I have booked flight tkt in aircosta for banglore to jaipur for dated 03.03.2017.
They cancelled the flight and promised to pay full refund within 7 days.
Till now no refund received. Replying on mail every time they promised to pay within next 15 days but not paid so far.
This is clear cheating and fraud.

We should get together and sue them in Consumer Court.
My Flight was cancelled by airline on 12th March 2017 but I haven't received any refund till now. I try to contact their customer care through mail and landline but haven't received any response.

The Flight has been cancelled by Aircosta becuase of there own reasons and they informed full refund will be credited with 7 days on 9 Mar.Till now no refund is happend and i am keep on calling the customer service they are not picking the call.No executive is taking and replying.
If you r not providing any services at least refund the amount. Frauding and cheating the people wrost service and customer service.
