Air Costa — refund of tickets for flight cancellation

Flight pnr: 02pmu1 for dated 12th feb 2017 has been cancelled due to operating reasons but i din't received refund amount.

I've been calling and mailing to customer care for last couple of months. Initially they told we will refund you soon but it is not refunded yet. Please help

I've got responses like this from [protected]@aircosta.in. But there is no refund yet. Also this mail id also stopped working after couple of moths
