The same circumstances I am going through. No refund after 3 months of flight cancellation. Moreover I would like to know if this forum is at all worthful.
My Pnr no-02TISZ if air costa. FLightno-LB694. They were cancelled my ticket three months back.I have not received refund amount
This trip automatically cancelled by Aircosta, Immediately i make a call customer care. there is no response.
This ticket booked from MMT. Still i taken a followup through mail to mmt.
thay are also not respond.
How can i take action against Aircosta.
