I was booked tickets in aircosta airlines through 'https://www.easemytrip.com/ travel web site.
Airlines has been canceled the service before my scheduled date.
In the cancellation they told 7 working days airlines company will refund the amount. But almost 8 months over still they are not able to refund the money.
Many times am trying to contact the airlines help line number which they menctions in web site that one not working after that sent email to '[protected]@aircosta.in' they replying that they will be refund 15 working days like that but still they are not refunding.
Please let me know how to take the legal action about the airlines and travel website.
