Air India Air Transport Services — loss of baggage

file reference -MAAA150378 FLIGHT NO -AI-142/31 DEC 2014 while travelling frm delhi to chennai on the above mentioned date my one bag was not received.it was an American Tourister, purple colour, four wheeled trolley bag.after lot of tracking I couldn't find my bag.It is a real shame to the Airline that the bags handed over with trust are lost not to be found.I have even shared the photo of the lost bag.My sincere request is to keep looking for my bag.it's a real mental torture to the person who has lost his/her vauables.still waiting for my lost bag...mrs renu ahlawat
