My booking in the Air India Express was from Mangalore to Dubai and later to London with different airline connection. During the check in of the Air India Express at Mangalore International Airport, I was denied the boarding pass in the last moment of the flight departure and reason was given that I don’t have the Dubai transit visa. Due to which I could not attend the important company meetings held at London and entire expenses of to and fro of my flight charges to London via Dubai is lost.
However, in the Air India Express it says as United Kingdom travellers or European Union with a minimum validity period of six months need not apply for the transit visa. Therefore my question here is, since I had a valid UK visa for six months, why was I denied boarding the flight at the last moment and created confusions by the Air India Express airline authorities at the Mangalore International airport. They also enquiring whether my next flight was in the night and when I said them that it just 2 hours layover to my next flight, they started creating another story telling that I should have six months duration o[censored]K visa considering from the day of departure of the flight. How would anyone get a UK visa on the day of departure? I think they were making up a story so that I can push my booked tickets to another date for some reason.
When I called the customer support of Air India Express, I was not given any support rather the women responded very rudely. The airline has extremely unsupportive airline staff.

The total expense of the flight is about 1165 £ (pounds) equivalent to 107, 515.2 rupees.
Please consider this issue at the earliest and provide the total cost of my flight charges which I lost due to miscommunications by the flight authorities at the airport. Please take the required measures so that no passengers would be troubled so badly at the last moment of the flight departure.
