I booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Sharjah and they got cancelled twice, the airline refused to rebook the tickets which by the way is irritating
I accepted that too and they said they will giving me a full refund without a single email or SMS conveyed to the customer. It's been now 18 days since they cancelled my ticket, the airline didn't refund the amount to the service provider which is Makemytrip
And again this service provider is also negligible in handling the customer stating the same thing "We haven't received the refund from the airline" instead of investigating why they haven't received the refund from the airline after the timeline has been exceeded. After a continuous follow-up of 18 calls, I am still left with neither the answer nor the refund
