Unethical behavior and scam, closing gate before official check in time.

We have emergency travel from Kochi to Visakhapatnam. We have booked flight from Kochi to Bengaluru and Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam. We have reached Bengaluru airport T1 at 6:25AM and our flight from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam is at 7:30AM in T2 terminal. Air India express is closed before 60min official time only.

Refund of cancellation full amount due to re scheduling flights

Please refer to our repeated requests regarding the BHuvaneswar to Kochi Via Banagaloru flight on 23 Nov.24 booking which we have to cancel because of your pre poning of flight from Banagalore to kochi.. By the time we would have boarded the flight from Bhuvaneswar to Bangalore the flight from Bangalore to Kochi would have left..
Our booking for Three people was more than Rs.32000...

My check-in luggage LOCK broken

    ## Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Missing Passenger Name on Cleartrip Booking (Trip ID:[protected]

    Dear Cleartrip,

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent booking I made through your platform on May 21st, 2024 (Trip ID:[protected]. The booking was a round-trip flight from Goa to Hyderabad for myself (Raghuvir Laxman Chary Nachinolkar) and my wife (Ritu Raghuvir Chary Nachinolkar).

    During the booking process, I correctly entered all passenger details, including our full names. However, when prompted for an optional GST number, I entered my wife's GST number.

    Unfortunately, upon receiving the tickets via email ([protected]@yahoo.com) and mobile ([protected]), I discovered that my name was missing from both the Alliance Air and Air India Express tickets.

    Concerned about being denied entry at the airport, I immediately attempted to rectify the issue. I spent several hours from 9:30 PM until after midnight contacting Cleartrip's helpline and using the TIA online chatbot. Unfortunately, no assistance was provided despite explaining the seriousness of the situation and the fact that my name omission would prevent me from boarding.

    Furthermore, there are no Clear trip, Alliance Air, or Air India Express offices in Goa to address this issue in person.

    Desperate for a solution, I travelled 40 km on a scooter in the sweltering heat to the Dabolim Goa Airport. While I found an Air India office, the staff was unhelpful. They directed me between two counters, claiming Alliance Air doesn't have a dedicated counter. Ultimately, they advised me to cancel and rebook a new ticket online, which resulted in an additional cost of Rs. 7, 500 for my ticket alone.

    To summarize, a bug in the Cleartrip app/web page seems to have automatically linked the optional GST number to passenger names, leading to this situation. This resulted in a financial loss of Rs. 7, 500 along with considerable mental stress and wasted time.

    I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I expect a full refund of the additional Rs. 7, 500 incurred due to the error caused by the Cleartrip app. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time I experienced.

    I have attached copies of the booking confirmation email, tickets with the missing name, and any other relevant documentation for your reference.

    Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this urgent matter.

      Dear Air India Staff,

      Our connecting flight was rescheduled and we faced more than six hours delay on the Hyderabad airport. Their was no proper person on the domestic airport transfers to guide us. We requested lunch option but after a lot of debate had to avail it. I was traveling with my elderly parents who have diabetes. air India express gave late lunches and no proper communication was given for further delay of the flight I am seeking compensation for the agony caused and i would never recommend anyone of my friends in Europe to use your services where the airline is least bothered about the health of elderly passengers.

      Our pnr was E4SN4G. Please look into this.

        My name is Vaibhav Padia. I booked the flight of Air India Express for 9th May 2024 from Mumbai to Bengaluru. The PNR no is F2RR4Z.

        In the flight all tje Four washrooms were in a pathetic condition, no flush was working, nor clean, even the flight attendants were not up to the mark for customer support.

        Due to weather condition, the flight diverted to Chennai and there almost I spend 2 to 3 hrs inside the flight.
        As flight landed to Chennai around 11.30pm. After long waiting inside the Airplane, NO AC was working, No ventilation where as a passenger can breathe properly, it was creating a VERY Much suffocation. Due to which I faced HEALTH ISSUE.

        The caption announced in the flight that passengers will be given food & refreshments, water. However no one came to serve in the flight. The air hostess even not bothered about the passengers, no asking water also, just waiting/standing in pantry are of the flight. Even after telling multiple times hair hostess not even contacting the Captian.

        Whole journey was so pathetic and awful which includes unprofessional service support too.

        Because of pathetic service from flight attendants, I demand a compensation/refund. If no such initiative taken, will take legal action.

          For my flight from BLR to BOM, i had paid INR 250 for aisle seat selection
          Amount is paid via UPI but immediately after payment site got stuck and web check in shown incomplete.
          i tried calling customer care, but for almost 15 mins only auto message is played "we will connect to customer happiness executive" and no progress.
          the chat TIA is useless for this

          After waiting for more than 20 mins on customer care call with repetitive audio of our "customer happiness executive will reach to you shortly" finally able to connect with one human customer care representative. He accepted that amount is deducted so he supported for completing the web check in.

              Hi, my one trolley bag is not arrived yet from Pune. Yesterday whenever I communicated with Air india express staff they told me my trolley will be deliver today at 7-8Am morning. But just now I called in Guwahati Airport, they have told till now it's not arrived from Pune. Currently I am under doctor's treatment, my all medicines which are very costly are there in my luggage. From yesterday I am not taking my medicines, I am facing difficulties with my health now. Try to understand my Health conditions and don't play with someone's medical health & don't give false statements. Very bad experience with Air India Express. Air Asia, Indigo, Vistara they are far better.

                We had a confirmed flight with Air India Express on 4.4.2024 from Ayodhya to Kolkata (PNR I1F29C). We were informed on 3rd April evening by e mail that our flight had been cancelled due to operational reason. As there is a limited flight at Ayodhya, it was not possible to take another flight on the same day. We were forced to stay back and rescheduled our ticket next day. It costed us lot of money to stay back one additional day with no fault o[censored]s.
                We request company should give us a compensation for that additional day.

                    My friend Ahmad Mujeeb, PNR no D93RUX was flying in 26thFeb24 from Dubai to Mangalore. On his request, I added 10kgs luggage by paying 100aed from my credit card on 25th Feb24.
