Double billing for same day ticket

I booked a BBI-DEL flight ticket 15th May2026 (Fri) for my daughter, Aripra and paid Rs 11244/-. The transaction failed. I rebooked again and paid Rs 11244/- again. Later the initial transaction got confirmed under PNR WC6TKK and the revised transaction was confirmed under PNR F5853Z. I have tried reaching out to the airline but the chatbot is not able to understand and I am not referred to a customer service executive. Hence the escalation....

Damaged Suitcase - PNR IC4GSH

On flight IX-2932 from GAU-BLR on 18th April, 2026, I checked-in a suitcase with Tag number [protected]. Upon arrival at home in BLR, I discovered that the hinge of the checked in suitcase was torn off -- it was not in that condition at the time of check-in.

My friend Ahmad Mujeeb, PNR no D93RUX was flying in 26thFeb24 from Dubai to Mangalore. On his request, I added 10kgs luggage by paying 100aed from my credit card on 25th Feb24. No refund after cancelling flight instead of rescheduling automatically buggy software

I have made a booking initially for airasia flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 17th Feb with PNR Q1VWHC but due to some reason I have to postpone my travel to 19th Feb.
Since I got better offer on Makemytrip I made a fresh booking with PNR E9NLKH for 19th Feb and cancelled the existing booking with PNR Q1VWHC but somehow on your site it shows I have rescheduled this Q1VWHC PNR and asking me to pay Rs.3000 instead of refunding...
