Dear Respected team
I am Afsal and I live in Muscat oman. I booked 4 tickets to my family flight No IX 714 on[protected] from Muscat to kannur. While boarding time in my luggage she noticed one sticker, Then i changed the box and came back. Unfortunately, that time counter was just closed . 1 hr time is there . I requested many times with that staff because i'm already came before and informed all things, i try to call Duty manager, she also not agreed
hr time is there for flights, then also they rejected, There is no staff of Air india Express in that area, at same time cochin and calicut boarding for air india Express was going on
Unfortunately That lady was not helping us. so i took new ticket to Cochin in Same AIrindia express, same time there is no issue in my luggage
My place in kannur, Due to irresponsibility of Your team my family including my 7 month girl travel to cochin
Requested your team to provide at least good staff in counters, i realised you dont have direct staff in airport, at lease post one Your own staff if have more than 2 flight on same time Was this information helpful? |
