Air Pollution — People burning old trees and garbage everyday twice in BTM 1st stage causing enormous smoke, breathing issues

This is happening from past couple of weeks (day and night). Next to our house there is an empty plot where everybody drops the garbage. Recently some of the people (no idea who exactly) started burning them twice a day and it is creating hell lot of smokes which is spreading in all surrounding locality. Entire house becomes full of smoked both day and night and we are not able to breathe properly. We are not able to open the windows, and even if all the windows are closed still entire house becomes smoky all the time. And the fire does remain for hours but the smoke continues to be entire day and night. We have asthama patients at home, also normal person sneezing all the time because of that. It has become completely unhealthy locality now. Date - 25th October 2015 Locality - BTM 1st Stage, 27th Main, 1st Cross, just behind Tata Motors, near Axa building.
