While asking for boarding pass. Your employee has forcely changed alloted seat which i booked online and threating that if we will not pay the seat money then they will allot seat anywhere far away from eachother. I booked for my family with 3 ladies and one child. And forcing custumers for xlextra money is an offence i will file rti against your airline. My booking no cseu6t and flt no i5 787 from delhi to guwahati. You have very pathetic service and donnot know how to handle passengers. This is for your information furthur more i have attached two pictures of online alloted seat and while asking for boarding pass and charged extra rs460 for two seats and rest they alloted too far away as i denied for charging extra as i was already alloted seat but your ticketing employee has changed it for extra money. Your services is pathetic and cleanliness too. Your employees not supporrtive too, as they were only money minded. Kindly do something for this matter.
