Airasia Airlines — i'm complaining about not providing my baggage allowance even though i have pre booked

I have booked my 20 kg baggage on 26th october 2018. But my payment was pending. Hope i could do it at the airport counter. But at airport they said my booking is not recorded in your site. So i have to book a 30 kg baggage extra from there. And i paid more than 9000ir. Iam attaching all proofs of my prebooking and extra payment i did. Kindly see to my issue and refund the extra amount you took from me.
