I already has a booking done and i had a valid flight ticket and when i was collecting the boarding pass the airasia team told me that you can't travel with this ticket. Because this has two pnr# you need a visa in malaysia. While asking for boarding pass. Your employee has forcely changed alloted seat which i booked online and threating that if we will not pay the seat money then they will allot seat anywhere far away from eachother. I booked for my family with 3 ladies and one child. And forcing custumers for xlextra money is an offence i will file rti against your airline. I have booked my 20 kg baggage on 26th october 2018. But my payment was pending. Hope i could do it at the airport counter. But at airport they said my booking is not recorded in your site. So i have to book a 30 kg baggage extra from there. And i paid more than 9000ir. Iam attaching all proofs of my prebooking and extra payment i did.
