Regarding balance deduction from 9700449589

I have recharged with rs.128 by dialing 1288 toll free on 26th march for data balance of 650 mb with 15 days validity of 3g data pocket internet. Amount was deducted and balance was not added to my number. i am trying to give a complaint on this but 121 and 198 customer care representatives are very busy to attend the call. kindly resolve the issue...

Involuntary vas subscription

My mobile number is [protected] I was charged RS.35 today (28-march-16) fr a VAS for which I have no memory of subscribing to.I use Internet a lot but I am very sure that I dint subscribe to some lame VAS.I want my money back and tat VAS unsubscribed asap. I dont know why you guys are doing this??? Is it obligatory for an aircel subscriber to waste hard earned money over such lame things. I want my money credited back soon pls acknowledge...

Am aircel postpaid customer from chennai. We had network issues and raised many complaints. Till now no response for that but they closed the ticket as resolved. When called customer support and asked they are updating us they try to reach you for confirmation but your number is not reachable and they closed the request. About internet pack

Hello sir, i always used to recharge 198 internet pack for 1 GB. But yesterday i have recharged 198 internet pack but i got only 300mb why? I need to get my remaining mb. I have always used to recharge this pack and i have never came like this propblem. Can you explain why this happens to me.. Please bring this problem to solutions. dear customer, your request to enroll mobile no.[protected], in reliance network has been rejected by your operator due to upc expired.
but actually i send port request on 23/03/2016 time 12:32 pm code DT546246 validity ends on 28/03/2016. why you reject my mnp request without reason?
its not a first time. its a 2nd time....

Aircel internet deduction

Sir I got an message to my airsel numbr -[protected]. 3 days ago, that aircel giving 1gb internet at just rupees 59 for 28 days validity.I recharged on that day evening.Then i got an message that is, your net pack extended to 28 days.Then today (27/03/2016)my net pack ecperied.Sir what is this?Are you cheeting the consumer?pls give me an proper answer to this...

Force activation of pocket store

Money deduction

Aircel.. Ur my favourate .. But so many Times unwantedly money is deducting from my account.i havent subscibed to any thing.i have recharged with 69 and got 75 yesterday it charges me 25 paise per min.but i have called only 2 or 3 times.but u knkow now my balence is 43.it is always happening to me .and one more thing y if i recharge it shows main bal 0 n promo balence..plz resolve my prblm soon..hope u would help me refund my money back.....

Wrong Recharge done by Mistake

I need to reverse my transaction through PAYTM online for the transaction ref id #TNR[protected] on[protected], as I done it to the wrong number [protected] instead of [protected]. Please do reverse recharge my correct no "[protected]" or reverse my recharge so I can recharge again.
After this complaint they created a docked for 2 days and then they sent a message it was resolved. But I din't got any details of the resolution. Infact...

Net pack complaints

My aircel no is [protected]..of orissa...I hv recharged Rs37 net pack on 23rd march &I got only 175mb only..but customer care agents told that any nèw aircel sim before 90 days will get the benefit of 350mb net on Rs. 37 recharge. ..but I can't get 350mb net...I gave complain on 198 my complain no is 1-[protected].still my problem was not solved......

Customer support service not responding

I called on a missed call number[protected] on 23/03/2016 & call duration was less than 1 minute, however balance deducted from my promo balance were Rs. 43-45.
since then i'm trying customer support service to know about but not connected even once till date, it has passed 3 days.
i have called and msg's on 121 help several times but always says busy or no response from the company customer care service....

Unwanted money deduction from mobile account

Why u people just automatically activate vas on my no.[protected] and deduct balance from mobile account... I dont even touched my mobile though vas is automatically activated... 2 days ago 75 rupee has been deducted. this is third time in a row..you supposed to be a fraud company who do these cheaper things all the time. Your call centre executives are lesser people who dont know how to talk. Aircel is cheater company...i am your customer...

Subscription of fun tv

I am having a aircel number above 5 years. 22nd march 2016 woihout my knowledge the company activated fun tv. Since I never like this bluddy things and the aircel pupil have taken money from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account. My cell number is [protected]. The money which is aircel taken is Rs.20 for activation and 35 after four days of activation.that is Rs. 55.....

Frequent balance deduction

Poor response and faulty network

I activated night pack of 9 rs (500mb3g 1-6am) using *121*090# on[protected] and on 25-3-16 . but only 50 MB is credited both times
The first time it happened I called customer care they were not helpful and blocked me for 4-5 days after which they say validity is over we can't help.. I was desperate and recharged again using same code *121" 090# and clearly taken screenshot saying 500 MB 3g but got only 50 MB...

Deduction of rs 9

I m Abhishek from Lucknow. I want to complaint here of my Aircel service provider my Aircel up east prepaid no. is [protected]. I have became fed up by Aircel as it start services on it's own without any consent and deducts Balance. early morning Aircel started UPEDECPI9 on it's own without any consent. I don't know what hell was this as neither I was credited any voice balance nor net balance and I didn't received any benefit of this service...

I have used aircel postpaid still now.I wish to change from postpaid to prepaid but aircel distributors cant do to it.I am struggling to them(A r communication, perundurai) for last 4 months but they are respond it.So i am decided porting to another network but it cant changed . Lot of distressed happened to me.Please rectify those problems as soon as possible....
