I bought this Sim Card October 2012 in Chennai. I am one of the Valuable Customer. So far as I did not delay payment. Please check my account. Now I am working in Tirunelveli District, Cheranmagadevi Taluk. My mobile Network always showed not Emergency searching. Please issue same mobile number and new simcard with Tirnelveli Network. How can i get it. No response from your complaint helpline. further contact [protected]

    I rechrged my phone no. [protected] with 45rs. via my paytm account.
    As details given on the portal I should be getting 50 rs. for this recharge but only recieved 46rs. Even I received the recharge message for 50 only. I complaint for it and was told that within 48 hours the issue will get resolved.
    It's been almost one week I didn't received the left amount. Again I complain for it but the response was disgusting and unprofessional.

    I asked them to lodge a complain for my inconvenience but the call get hanged up.

    This is very irresponsible behavior.

    Please short out this issue ASAP.

      My mobile number is [protected]. On[protected], i was travelling from hyderabad to jharkhand. I have a data pack with sufficient balance and it will expire on[protected]. But still, while i was using internet, i was charged from my main balance. Initially around 35 rupees was charged. After some time, i was again charged from the data pack. But some time later my main balance started getting deducted for using internet though i still have data balance. This resulted in zero main balance. This caused a great deal of inconvinience to me. Even while i was in roaming network for the past week, i have not experienced this problem but i lost more than 40 rupees of my main balanve due to some technical error. Please resolve this issue and refund the deducted amount.

        Call to 198 customer care and ask for puk code they will ask for last four digit number on SIM card at back side by verifying that number they will give u the puk code.

          I have recharged with rs.128 by dialing 1288 toll free on 26th march for data balance of 650 mb with 15 days validity of 3g data pocket internet. Amount was deducted and balance was not added to my number. i am trying to give a complaint on this but 121 and 198 customer care representatives are very busy to attend the call. kindly resolve the issue

I dont know why you guys are doing this??? Is it obligatory for an aircel subscriber to waste hard earned money over such lame things. I want my money credited back soon pls acknowledge .             We have verified your account and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 27 & 30/3/2016. The pack is NAMITHA35. Hence the amount of Rs.35 + Rs.35 has been Deducted for the same. As a long standing your amount of Rs.35 on 27/3 & Rs.35 on 30/3 has been credited to your number as a goodwill gesture.               Hi Team,

              Am aircel postpaid customer from chennai. We had network issues and raised many complaints. Till now no response for that but they closed the ticket as resolved. When called customer support and asked they are updating us they try to reach you for confirmation but your number is not reachable and they closed the request. In Jan month received a message stating that your plan changed from Rs.200 to Rs.249. I thought to change network and raised porting request, then got call from customer care and they asked for reason for changing network. I updated them network issue, not using internet also.. but raised plan rate etc. Then they told we will fix network issue in 1 week and for rate increase also there is discount of 50% in your bill and advised me to pay feb month bill. From next bill there is 50% discount. But still network issue dint get fixed and for this bill reduction also they them self activatde a value added service for Rs.99. When called customer care they gave another number to call and stop the service. I pay feb month bill and in Mar I received bill as Rs.249 + tax & Rs.99 + tax + call charges Rs.47 total Rs.439.

              Again I called customer support and asked, they are saying we received request only for network issue nothing else and disconnected the call . No proper response from them and nothing updating properly. Even not able to login to aircel.com web site also.

                Hello sir, i always used to recharge 198 internet pack for 1 GB. But yesterday i have recharged 198 internet pack but i got only 300mb why? I need to get my remaining mb. I have always used to recharge this pack and i have never came like this propblem. Can you explain why this happens to me.. Please bring this problem to solutions.                               I need to reverse my transaction through PAYTM online for the transaction ref id #TNR[protected] on[protected], as I done it to the wrong number [protected] instead of [protected]. Please do reverse recharge my correct no "[protected]" or reverse my recharge so I can recharge again.
                              After this complaint they created a docked for 2 days and then they sent a message it was resolved. But I din't got any details of the resolution. Infact the mail was reading they tried to reach me, but they were unable to do so. They asked my alternate no. I even sent an alternate number but till now no resolution or information. Why didn't they sent the details of their resolution in the mail itself. They try to prolong the process so that the other person whose number was recharged mistakenly will exhaust the balance so that they will create a scene that we are unable to deduct or refund your money because the other person's balance was low.

                              Why dont u do it immediately by checking with the details I have provided.

                                My aircel no is [protected]..of orissa...I hv recharged Rs37 net pack on 23rd march &I got only 175mb only..but customer care agents told that any nèw aircel sim before 90 days will get the benefit of 350mb net on Rs. 37 recharge. ..but I can't get 350mb net...I gave complain on 198 my complain no is 1-[protected].still my problem was not solved...

                                  I called on a missed call number[protected] on 23/03/2016 & call duration was less than 1 minute, however balance deducted from my promo balance were Rs. 43-45.
                                  since then i'm trying customer support service to know about but not connected even once till date, it has passed 3 days.
                                  i have called and msg's on 121 help several times but always says busy or no response from the company customer care service.

                                    Why u people just automatically activate vas on my no.[protected] and deduct balance from mobile account... I dont even touched my mobile though vas is automatically activated... 2 days ago 75 rupee has been deducted. this is third time in a row..you supposed to be a fraud company who do these cheaper things all the time. Your call centre executives are lesser people who dont know how to talk. Aircel is cheater company...i am your customer from last 4/5 yrs but now i want to shift from your number. you guys do cheap things.i called 20 times to your executives to listen the same answer that all the executives are busy pls cal after some time and i wonder that your executives were busy for continuous for two days and suddenly appear to say that it is not possible to revert the money since it can be done under 24 hrs only..shameless peoples..are you guys thief or beggar its hard to say.

                                      I am having a aircel number above 5 years. 22nd march 2016 woihout my knowledge the company activated fun tv. Since I never like this bluddy things and the aircel pupil have taken money from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account. My cell number is [protected]. The money which is aircel taken is Rs.20 for activation and 35 after four days of activation.that is Rs. 55..

                                        I am using a aircel no.[protected]. I am from uttarakhand(up west circle). I am using my aircel no. from past 8 or 9 months, everything is good but except the fact that they deduct a lot of balance(Rs.35 to Rs.70) more frequently for useless services. I tried to contact the customer care a lot of times but the automated menu does not respond to any of my replies and also there is not a single option of talking to the executive. I just want my balance back or I am changing my service provider (MNP).
