My mobile number is [protected]. On[protected], i was travelling from hyderabad to jharkhand. I have a data pack with sufficient balance and it will expire on[protected]. But still, while i was using internet, i was charged from my main balance. Initially around 35 rupees was charged. After some time, i was again charged from the data pack. But some time later my main balance started getting deducted for using internet though i still have data balance. This resulted in zero main balance. This caused a great deal of inconvinience to me. Even while i was in roaming network for the past week, i have not experienced this problem but i lost more than 40 rupees of my main balanve due to some technical error. Please resolve this issue and refund the deducted amount.
