Dear Sir, This is Narinder Sharma ([protected] ) from Jammu ( Jammu & Kashmir ) . I had paid lots of extra money to AIRCEL because they are always send me extra bill amount from when i activate the connection, today i go to COCO Aircel Center, Bahu Plaza and watch detail of my bill, i m shocked aircel added Rs 350-360 Per month as extra charges like video download services, chat services without my knowledge, i m really disappointed with the bad service of Aircel, if aircel team not reconcile my all bills, so i go to court for legal action

      I recharged day before yesterday night with a net pack of 147 with which I have to get 1.5GB 3G data according to the aircel site.
      But I got only 1gb.
      I called them several time for the same but Everytime they are saying we can't help.

Is this proper response for the customers? consumer complaints department also not take any action. The problem is not recharging, no outgoing no sms outgoing.             I Mr. Vinod Chougule
            I have a complaint regarding the deduction of balance amount from my aircel number [protected]. I had a recharge of Rs. 108/- from where my Rs. 90/- is been deducted dated as on 13 or 14 Jan no exact date remembered I therefore humble request you to please see over it. We went for communication to Aircel centre there was not a proper response from them. We request you to see over it and give a explanation about it and why did it happen after giving a mail also there was not such a fine response from you'll. Thus, we are waiting for a reply soon. As the cost is been deducted unnecessary. For further contact if any please do not contact on that number because its my mom's number as the lady won't be able to answer your question. The amount of rs. 99 has been deducted today. i have also tried calling customer care but i do not get positive response for my complain.                 My aircel no. Is [protected].Today i got a message that i have been charged rs 30 for subscribing to aircel music connect which actually i hadn't done so.As a result my balance was immediately reduced to rs 53 from rs 83.I immediately messaged to VAS to stop this service and they replied that no service has been subscribed by me.I want my money back as it was been cut unknowingly.Aircel should refrain from doing these mischievous stuffs.I would like add that i have been a victim of these situation a couple of times.Don't know how and why this happens.please return my money as soon as possible.

                    Im mounika, i recharged my aircel number-[protected] with rs.33/- and i didn't get any extra benifits of 15/-..i informed to customer care agents 3times... they says that server slow.. but at 4th time the agent says there is no offer with rc.33/- i want my balence of 15rupees..

                      Hi i am using Aircel for the past 7 years because of its connectivity apart from this i never satisfied with any of aircel service. Whenever i browse its automatically activates some videos mantras and some more which i dont want and they automatically charge us for the same. When we try to contact customer care or 198 to deactivate and for refund, they never pick our call instead they disconnect. I am trying to reach them for the past 24 hours its always says executives are busy. Then what is the purpose of maintaing helpline which doesnt help the customer. I tried them in different ways of IVR but no one answered to my call. I need aircel to contact. Its not only refund query, i want to tell them that i dont want any unwanted services while browsing.. please someone help me in this issue to reach aircel customer care...if my query is not solved i will escalate it to the next level. Thanka for your help in advance.

                          I don't know what happening and how it is possible with out doing anything.

                            I recharged my Aircel mobile no-[protected] on dt 19/01/2016 of Rs 74, this offer given by aircel company dialing *121#, that recharge of Rs 74 we will get talk time Rs80.But talktime came Rs 61, when I call coustmercare, some one told me after 24hours rest amount will come, but it hasn't came, then I call, they told after 72 hours it come, but no result, then I call, some one told this type of tariff is not for u, then block my no.for conact to coustmercare.pls resolve my complaint.

                              Dear Aircel India - Worst customer care service in Aircel India - I used this network for last 4 years (my family members {approx : min.15-18 users} using this network for last 5-6 yrs) -and here is my complaint/request - recently i used websites using google chrome in my android phone suddenly "aircel deals" this site appeared then asked to touch a button to subscribe but i am not press that button/anying on the page simply i closed that site. After sometimes, i received a message "Congratulation! u hv been subscribed to Aircel deals/joy.charges Rs 15/15days..."like this and later i received another msg that 15 rs. has been charged and reduced from my account for the above subscription, but now i told a complaint to Aircel India customer care service, before 3 weeks i told the same complaint but the amount is 99 rs, now she said that "this is a large amount so we refund that and now u activate this subscription by ur own and we have that proof i[censored] come to our near aircel dealer shop we show that to u" and later i said " now i am coming to ur dealer shop" then after she replied that "ok, it's ok now i refund the amount of Rs.7/-only, i asked the full amount of 15 rs. and (like this- three times they charged automatically, ) she just reply - "cut the call" Now i am totally disappointed with this Aircel India network. my total family used this network - my relatives also told the same problems like this so finally i don't care about my lost money, if it continues - definitely we change the network- really i am totally disappointed, before days i request my friends to use aircel service but now i saw what happens in this network and why they not using this Aircel service network - "this customer care officers even don't know how to handle a customer's question - just simply told to disconnect the call and also our Aircel service - totally disappointed - i ever seen...a customer care service like this... below i attached the screenshots - "i[censored] think we don't want to use this aircel network plz tell frankly - we can change to another network but don't take money without our permission" and plz dont try to manage the mistakes - i believe this aircel network service for last 4 years but now i'm totally disappointed and feeling shame to use this Aircel service.

I am Haren Sarma. today 50rs is reduct from my balance aircel send me a message of some service activation but there is no service activated in my mobile . I also send messages to 155223 writing stop to deactivate the service but they reply - You are not subscribed to any vas service. then why 50 rupees is cut from my account . I need my money back soon.

                                        I am khemraj prasad. My Number [protected](aircel) suddenly closed and after by customer care i get information that my number is disconnected and according to him that is freshly launched in market. i has been using this number for 6 years. Customer care said that before allotment of number to someone u can get back the same number.
                                        pl. kindly guide and suggest how can i get the same number([protected] aircel) which is very important to me.
