i am not able to connect to 3g network from around 15 days because once i have deactivated my 3g by smsing stop 3g to 121 and after that when i am sending start 3g to 121 then reply is coming that your previous request is in process.this requst cannot be processed.i have talked to the customer care but they are not solving my problem. please help me.

    AIRCEL discontinued their network coverage in my city on 4th Jan, 2013. The network provider hasn't informed anything about the network coverage. I have ported my number [protected] into another network. I have requested AIRCEL for the remaining talk time in my account through e-mail. They told that they will refund my amount as soon as possible but there isn't any refund of amount for me up to now. I lost 117 rupees talk time, 680 sms and 78 AIRCEL-AIRCEL minutes in my account.

    I am having the same problem with the Aircel network. In my city there is no network coverage how can i convert my number to other network My mobile Num is [protected] please help me .. Because not only my city surroundings also there is no network coverage that is the main problem.

    Iam using aircel prepaid card for 1yr. My complaint is
    About u r un necessarly deduction of my recharge amount
    On 26/04/2014 i had balance off rs 112.73 and i was recharged
    Rs 17 internet card and the recharge was sucessfull because i got
    Msg from u r side after that i went to google and logged my gmail account
    And send one mail after that i logged out and my data usage
    Was 9.91 mb And suddenly i checked my balance it was 0 i called
    U r customer care and they told to call after 24 hrs so after 24 hrs i called
    U r customer Care repeadly they cutting my call all executuve cutting my line
    My Line ( worst services from big network) so kindly refund my amount of
    112.73 rupees imeddedly

      Aircel Prepaid — Deducting balance for schemes which were never requested

      I am a prepaid customer of Aircel in Chennai. I have complained to the customer care executives previously for deducting balance from my prepaid account for a service called Sweet Dreams. I had never requested the service provider for the above mentioned scheme. In spite of calls to customer care an amount of rupees thirty is being deducted every month. I would be thankful if the deducted amount is refunded into my prepaid account. My Aircel phone number is [protected]. My email id is venkyhere.[protected]@gmail.com.

      Pl note have rcvd call from aircell saying no deduction is done however pls note while checking my sms msg noticed they activated service called PURANA DAUR dtd 21 january & deducted rs 25/-, we never had requested for this service. so pls kindly credit rs 25/- which is deducted or I will spread the news over itnernet that aircel is cheating to its customer.

          Aircel — Bad words

          Respected sir,
          I am doing B.Tech(IT) in SKEC... My relative sister there studying, every day very distrubing on this person to my mobile ([protected]) this is the number.. please identify and send a fulll details of the person and address every thing to mail me please sir...
          Dont say Aircel is worst.Iam a customer of Aircel residing in mumbai.Iam using Aircel sim for 1 month.There is no problem in their network.Their connectivity is good and their signal is excellent.

          Aircel — BAD LANGUAGE

          One of your aircel customer having mob no-[protected] is distubing me using bad language from sunday onwards . Same no.or same voice had been coming to my no-[protected] before one year , after that I had given one FIR to SORO police station from december 2010,.This case has been registered by Police from dec-2010.If You will not solve the problem ,agian I will give another Fir to police within one or two days.Soro policeincharge hadbeen telling ,I have understood the accused about the related matter & further he will not do this type work. Kindly look into the matter untill unless I will help of the police for reinvesting of the above matter.

            Hello Aircel,

            (I think this kind of complaint to you has become a regular TEMPLATE in my mailing list).

            I am Deepak bearing Aircel prepaid mobile number ([protected]). I am very much annoyed with Aircel services.

            ISSUE: Last Sunday (24, Feb, 2013), I was charged Rs 30/- for some 'IPLAY' contest even though I did not select or even I did not get info regarding that subscription. Immediately I spoke to customer care and asked to deactivate and refund the deducted amount; also informed that I had similar kind o[censored]nnecessary subscriptions again and again.

            RESPONSE: The customer care rep assured deactivation and refund in 48 hours time.

            ISSUE: I got deactivated message, but no refund even after 72 hours. When I called back customer care about the reason, I was really so surprised that they gave response like "You cannot get refund because you requested to just deactivate, so there will NOT BE ANY REFUND". They are putting me hold or just disconnecting without valid response and when I kept on calling again, they say "Do you have any proof that you requested for refund?"

            Do you think is this customer care? If at all you need proof, check the call records or logs you have. You ask customer to show proof! So next time when ever I want to speak to you, should I get ready with a call recorder and should I call from a near by police station to show you evidence?

            Why do you make automatic subscriptions and why again want to make customer himself reason for all these kind of nonsense? I have not subscribed wantedly or by mistake. It is definitely technical problem from your side. Rs 30 or Rs 1 is not a matter, but unnecessary service subscriptions is unbearable.

            Kindly resolve this issue and refund my amount Rs 30/- and show your so called CARE for your customer. Otherwise, I would file a complaint to consumer court and definitely would proceed legally to any far extent.

            Get back to me at the earliest before I get another subscription without my choice. I am fearing to recharge my mobile with higher amounts because the balance may cut off all of a sudden with these shocking messages!!!

            Customer care reps are really bad at handling customers.

            I loved and using Aircel from past 8 years (was at Chennai and now at Hyderabad) and I really like to stick with forever. I never thought to port to some other network even though I do not get proper signal in my native place. But now I started HATING you AIRCEL....!!!

            I UNDERSTAND THAT MISTAKES HAPPEN, BUT SAME MISTAKE AGAIN AND AGAIN IS BAD!

            Please respond to me immediately and refund, or else simply let me know so that I can switch to some other network.

            Got a call from Aircel. Amount refunded and issue forwarded to concerned dept.

                I subscribed for aircel 3G internet packs for a day (Rs.8) for 3 days (Rs.17) and for a week (Rs.37). Now it is getting auto renewed. I wanted 3G internet only for few days and hence i subscribed for it. Now if I try to deactivate autorenewal I couldn't do it. I tried calling 121 but the customer care executive does not speak. Now it had deducted all my balance and I couldn't recharge. The service to customers is poor. Now I regret for choosing Aircel.

                How to deactivate the mrng 6am to 9am free 3G i subscribed for few days but now i cant deactivate it customer care always busy the line was not connect to the executive person
                How can we deactivate the 6am to 9am package it was auto renewed every day [protected] this is my number plzz deactivate this subscription ...
                List out all the packages deactivate code you people send the activation code only but we cant deactivate when we wnat to stop the service customer care also not responding for our calls list out all the internet packet deactivation codes this thing not good daily u deduct some balance from the customer for some reasons
                It is worst service i ever seen.. Customer executives will not respond properly at any time..
                If we called twice means they will do something in there system.. so that our call will not get connect to them.
                what they are thinking about the customers i am not getting. Connecting to line will get nearly 10-15 mins.. after that also if the msg "our executives are too busy so you can call later or msg HELP to 121" comes means what can customer do after calling many times..
                thats why the executives will get good scoldings from customers..
                how to remove auto renew pi 37 pack...my almost rs.200 is gone...i wondered how it went...just now 37 was gone n a message saying renewed 300 Mb for 10 days at pi37...i did, *121*3701# is it deactivated?...it gave me message saying service deactivated...but do i have 300MB for 10 days or it's also gone...because i have activated 2gb*3 month at 447 already... I want that 300 MB to finish 1st because my 2GP may not finish in 10 days. so 300MB willl go in vain. How does it work??

                how would i know how much 3G data is left or total used after i start using...aircel only shows how much is used each time??

                what would happen if i activated another 2GB*3 month pack after 15 days of my previous same plan. Does it works like this, after 2GB of previous plan finishes, new plan starts working and when it finishes, again previous plan start working.
                Hi Nabin, whichever is latest pack that would be your pack.(In other words it would replace your existing pack). I faced the same issue.
                By mistake i e-recharged PI 128 twice. but the customer care told me it wont be considered and the latest one would be the final one.
                AIRCEL CONNECTION IS WORST. ALL SERVICES GET AUTO RENEWED DUE TO WHICH WE AS A CUSTOMER FACES A LOT OF PROBLEM.
                WHEN WE TRY CALLING CUSTOMER CARE IT SAYS ALL HELPLINE ARE BUSY WILL CONTACT YOU BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY SINGLE CALL.
                THIS COMPANY CHARGES PEOPLE FOR UNNECESSARY THINGS.

                I have once subscribed for aircel 3G internet pack for a week (Rs.37). Now it is getting auto renewed, everytime Rs.37 is being used. I have contacted customer care and they said it would be deactivated in 2 hours and that I would receive a deactivation message. Sadly no response.
                The service to customers is poor. I very badly regret for choosing Aircel. Which promises 3G BUT NOT EVEN CLOSE IN PROVIDING 2G speed and this auto renewal is a type of fraudulence as no customer is aware of it and every week balance is being deducted.
                Please someone help me on how to deactivate the aircel auto renewal pack, there is no way even to reach the customer care executive as there is heavy traffic. This is not good, i[censored] have an auto renewal code which works fine the deactivation code doesnt work makes no sense.

                i have subscribed to aircel pi 9 pack on 27th March. As there are no options for deactivation and nothing shown like auto renewal, I did not notice that my main balance is deducting. As I noticed, I called the customer care, but of no use. They are unable to help. As far s the company, they are cheating the people. If I do not get my money back and the subscription is not deactivated, I am going to sue the company within the next two days.

                I am Justin from kolkata and everyday aircel takes Rs 3 from my main balance that i subscribed. I called their excecutives and they said they would send me an SMS in how to stop it but nothing came. Then again i called then and still they haven't send me any thing.
                Now i feel like changing my network provider

                    I was using Aircel No [protected] from 23.10.2009. The service of the Aircel was not satisfactory. Therefore I applied for port out to BSNL on 19.4.2011. I was provided Unique Porting Code No DT496795 . I applied to BSNL on 19.4.2011 and migrated to BSNL on 23.4.2011. From 24.4.2011 onwards I am receiving 96 SMS per day repeatedly from Aircel which reads as follows: "Your unique Porting Code is DT496795 " . Thus the Aircel is disturbing me and giving mental torture. I made several complaints to the Nodal officers of the Aircel but they did nothing. In my opinion the Aircel is not a reliable service provider,
                    The company deducted Rs.30 from my prepaid account for activating caller tunes even though I did not requested it. Thus the company cheats, lies, harrases the customers.

                    God alone can punish the company for such criminal activities.

                      I bought a new modem named: "aircel pocket internet SUPER PRO 3G upto 7.2mbps"
                      It's: HUAWEI 3G HSPA Data Card.
                      model: E303s
                      IMEI: [protected].

                      What the aircel shop dealer said about the offer is: you get 2GB of 3G internet on every month upto 3 months.
                      he sold the modem including new aircel sim connection about 1777 rs.
                      and said *122*122# to know about the 3G balance.

                      My date of purchase: 24 Feb with new Aircel sim connection also.
                      on 25 feb: i connected the modem to my laptop.
                      then i got a message like RS.177 recharge success.
                      and i dialed *122*122#.
                      what i got the message is:
                      Receive:Your number does not have any High Speed Data Quota attached. Recharge now with 3G PI Smart to get High Speed 3G Data, dial *122*3000# for plan details.

                      i just ignored
                      and firstly i connected to the internet, it's connected successfully and
                      I saw it's HSPA upto 1.5mbps aroung 30 minutes.

                      then in next day also i used to check the bal by using the above number, same msg i got!
                      and i ignored, and connected to the internet but this time it's connected in CDMA mode! speed is upto 30 kbps only.
                      nearly i used the internet lesserthan 500 mb data.

                      finally decided to call customer care, i'm explaining all this!
                      what those guys are telling is: sir your sim is activated with 277 /- (not 177 /-).
                      sir your 3G bal 2GB is finished.
                      now you are using 2G unlimited internet its speed is upto 30 kbps only!
                      that's why you are getting that message!!
                      there's another number sir it's *126*4#.
                      when i dialed that number i got:

                      Aircel is cheat ! .. thats 100% true .. I did recharge of 1000 and got 1150 talktime yesterday, and today morning it become 0. customer care lady said, your pocket data recharge is was not there so it have used ur account balance, but *122*011# showin 924MB data even now. !
                      I don't have time to complain and customer care survice of aircel is worst as we all know, and wasting time on calling them, already waste 2 hours by listening advertisements !

                        I had bought an iPhone 3gs plan from Aircel, which offered a SIM with 6 months advanced rental plan. The advanced rental was to expire on 27th Jan 2013. I called Aircel multiple times before 27th Jan stating that I do not wish to continue on Aircel SIM and that it should be deactivated from 27th Jan onwards. In Dec 2012 the aircel representative told me that my SIM will automatically be deactivated post 27th Jan, but never the less I even called on 28th Jan 2013, requesting again for cancellation. Then the AIRCEL representative told me that i should pay my due and the SIM can be deactivated accordingly. I specifically told him that I do not wish to further use the SIM hence no further monthly rental should be levied. I removed the SIM from my phone and havent used it eversince. I paid my dues for Dec roaming charges but even till date despite multiple calls to AIRCEL, they have not deactivated my SIM and are claiming monthly rental to be paid by me post 27th Jan 2013.

                        I wish to log a consumer court case for harrasing me and not taking the cancellation request instead fleesing the customer for rental charges.

                          My name is manish kumar i am using aircel since 2009 but on 12th feb 2013 a spoke to your customer service officer and he did not try to resolve my problem that time and disconnect my phone after say that system not working after 30 min i got massage caller tune activated on my phone which i never want to do after that i try to talk service team but all the time they replied same thing after 2 or 3 days a officer said i can discontinuous this service but can not reverse this money this is my money if i never put a request to get this service so how can company do that after that i have done so many mail to your nodal officer and service team but no one try to talk to me it is really bad to create hassle for customer.
                          Please help me out i hope after put a compliant here i will get solution.

                            I am using Aircel cellular service from long time the complaint is about the irritating recorded ads when ever we call some one each and every time we they will waist our pricious time, In emergency we want to call someone the desired person's mobile does't ring untill we completely listen to their stupid
                            even if we are registered in DND list they force us to listen it now I don't know how to solve this problem.

                            100% true. On forums they will just act as if they will help you. But trust me I also get ads of around 5-7 seconds. They don't ever listen. They are cheap liars. Don't trust them. I am getting ads from a long time have complaint multiple times but they don't care. [protected] mumbai. Will port out soon if they don't solve .

                                I recharged my phone with pocket internet 3g&2g of Rs.128 valid upto 30 days..
                                Till 3g it was okay but now when its on 2g the speed is horrible...hardly 6 days have passed by & I am unable to deal with such horrible speed..I contacted customer care 3-4 tunes either they transfer the call & nobody picks up the phone or they just ask you to clear browser cookies & restart the phone.....
                                Aircel sucks I am not at all happy with their service & moreover I would like to ask them to specify the minimum 2g speed which they provide......My aircel number is -- [protected].

                                Hi, I used 2g plan around 20 days back on aircel no.[protected].i am not getting 2g speed, maximum i am getting only 5KB/S. I called customer care many time regarding this but they simply tell this is due to some n/w problem whereas i am getting full signal. No one bothers to rectify the problem.
                                aircel service is so poor.

                                      Aircel has auto renwed the net pack of rs 17 without my permission. :(....and wen i called the customer care they juz say that we should call another no. and wen we call the other no.s they dont respond they juz say that they are busy..thats because they cheat many people daily and get many complaints thats why they are busy..i have noticed dis many times that whenver we call them for second time on the same day ..they dont respond..i want my rufund asap...i will juz wait till today and if i dont get the refund ..i will juz switch to other service providers..and i will advise people not to get aircel becauz of their worst customer care service,,till now i had thought aircel is the best but now......

                                      I want to deactivate it today otherwise tommorrow again u will auto renew it ..daily I m trying to call ur customer care ..but u r not responding..I think u have blocked my no.cauz I tried calling ur cc by my dads cell ..and dat u responded but to no avail..they told dat der is no auto renew system and cant help me to even deactivate it...help plz ..and rply I dont want waste my money again tommorrow
