Respected Sir,
The Aircel restricted to 100 sms per day said to be under TRAI regulations. In this connection, I submit to state that this is the only country restricting sms. It would not be surprise if the telephone calls, sms, mobile calls may also be restricted to 10 per day!!!! The consumer pay for the sms service while the service provider are ready to offer. While so, who has locus standi to intervene into a consumer's privacy if it is under law domain. There are many problems being faced by the consumers by the service providers are pending to be restricted. I see no justificatin in such act and I strongly believe that the TRAI would not indulge in such act. People have high respect and confidence on TRAI. If it is done by TRAI, I humbly request that such restriction may kindly be withdrawn by TRAI. If it is a lie by service provider, necessary action may kindly be initiated by the TRAI.

    I am a regular user of aircel internet from last 4 month, but from past 15 days internet speed on my aircel connection is reduce from 30-20 kbps TO 10-5 kbps . I have make many complain request but till aircel not make any efforts regarding my complain my aircel no is [protected] .

      I am experiencing very slow speeds on my AIRCEL Connection. I use internet generally on my mobile phone itself and I have found the speed to be very unsatisfactory.i have 3 [protected]@251 pack and using edge network.i had also registered complaint no.1-[protected] but after 1 day a sms comes that your complaint is resolved which is not solved at all.i again call cc and they again registered my complaint whose no. is 1-[protected].i am getting download speed in bytes even a page takes 2-3 minutes to open

          Dear Sir,

          Am owning [protected] for the past four years. I requested to change my postpaid service to prepaid, but no proper reply from aircel mainly from the dealer side(Mercury Networks). N number of problem faced regarding the GPRS & CUG plans.For the past three months am asking the dealer side to change my number for prepaid but no response. Dealer side response is too worst. In October 2010 have asked to deactivate my GPRS plan but 6 months they haven't took any steps to deactivate, after 6 months follow up at last they deactivated it. In CUG charged unwanted for four months.Kindly do the needful to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid.

            i am using aircel net work in mobile my mobile number [protected]
            i dont know my bill out standing details already i have imformed and requested to aircel customer care send my bill to my mail i.d and also sms to my mobile number
            they cant do
            last 23.11.2011 5.30 p.m my mobile number was blocked after that i have paid my out standing through my bank web site and also paid by aircel web site at 24.11.2011,11.00 a.m
            but still now my mobile number not activited
            my m.d (he is korean) shouting and also said "your cheating me" due to my mobile number not working so he cant communicate to me
            so i am feeling so much i want to take legal action to aircel net work

This number I am using for last 6 years and for that I can not take new number but using this number for me is very much expensive for me as Aircel is deducting my balance for 3G service.               Dear sir,

              I am Tanoy Chakraborty, holding Aircel WB number [protected]. I am facing one problem from 17.9.2011 onwards for deactivation of 3G service and for that I made somany complaints and contact every end from customercare to nodal to Aircel store but I have been misguided. Some time they tell me that I have to wait some times, I need to give my IMEI number, I have to go to customer care store but they have not solved my problem and for this service my account balance has been deducted more than 150 INR. Last time when I went to Aircel store on 23.9.2011 the customercare executive gave me one number " [protected]" and told me to goto home and call on 25.9.2011 with another 3G capable mobile and to give the IMEI number but when I called on that number on 25.9.2011 the number was ringing for two times and then phone was switched off. After that whwn I caalled customer care at 5.30 pm on 25.9.2011 ([protected] at 3G Desk) they told me to visit again to Aircel store and they can not help me out, even they give me a very bad idea that I have to visit to that place where I activated the 3G service in past. I asked them that how can I remember the place then he replied that I have to roam whole the West engal places and have to resend "STOP 3G" TO 121. Now you tell me the West Bengal is a very big place and where to where I have roam for this deactivation problem. As they are misguided me. If this is your service care then really I have been very much disappointed and I am thinking to go to consumer givance and for that I already make contact to TRAI help desk and other consumer givance help desk. If you can not help me out then you should tell me that you can not do so that I can make my number to portibility to other operator.

              This my request to you to help me out properly otherwise I will not have any option othet than to go to Trai and cosumer act in future.

              As per feedback from our concerned department the failure in deactivation of 3G is due to IPHONE service, you need to activate IPhone service before deactivating 3G service. The activation of IPhone could be done only by the retailer from where the handset was purchased.



              The alternative option is inserting the micro chip in another handset by properly setting it in the slot position of the other 3G enabled handset(so that the circuit position is placed properly in the slot) and there after you need to send "PI" to 121 and post receiving the settings you need to send "STOP 3G" from the handset. The 3G deactivation is not possible from backend.



              Should you require any further assistance, please call us at:

Today also after getting your mail I tried 3 times and I am still waiting for deactivation of 3G. I am unable to recharge Rs. 98 for PI.

              Please do deactivate from your end and stop deducting amount for useless data tarrif from my aacount. Please do reply.

              Dear sir,




              I, Tanoy Chakraborty, holding mobile number [protected] since the launching
              Aircel in West Bengal. I got a major problem which has been informed so many time to your end and I made a complain on 17.9.2011 vide complain number 1-[protected] regarding the deduction of amount Rs. 24.2, RS. 14.52, Rs. 14, Rs. 14 and Rs. 27
              in a single day. The customercare executive told me that because of non activation of internet service from Aircel end for some technical failure these amount will be refunded but till now not have been done.




              Another thing is that I have tried lot of time to deactivate 3G services by sending
              sms “STOP 3G” to 121 since last three weeks but I got every time that “it is under processing”.
              I called customer care so many times to deactivate this service but they told me that they can not do from their end and for this I am unable to use PI by recharging Rs. 98 in EDGE servive.




              I am holding iPHONE 3GS and I want to activate Rs. 98 PI, so please do deactivate 3G service from my number.




              So, I request you to solve these above problems from your end and deactive 3G service and retrieve my deducted amount. Please do inform me if it will be solved or not.

              dear,
              i had a call(manually) from Aircel customer care executive yesterday(21/07/09) from [protected] this number.One lady told me that if i activate caller tune now, downloading cost is free & charges Rs.1/(one) per day.But today Rs.30(thirty) is deduce from my main balance.Why this is happened?She absolutely misguide me.So Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

              Wondering how an AIRCEL number activation details came to my AIRTEL number. I have never registered, applied or used any AIRCEL number in my life.

                      I have a aircel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message. I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handsets are 7610 (Nokia), N72 (Nokia), Sony Ericsson K310 and now i am using Sony nokia 2690. I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
                      Please help me out of this situation.

                        Always getting calls from aircel for promotional offers,i usually disconnect but this time i listened to the whole recording of the offer which was ''subscribe to Aircel Friends Zone'' and i disconnected the call, but after a while i got a message from aircel that u hav been subscribed for the offer, you are charged Rs.30, i felt so cheated. i tried calling customer care but it is so confusing, got tired and then stopped trying . i usually get my mobile recharge of Rs.50 but for this time i had got my mobile recharge of Rs 100.                         Yes theses promo calls and messages can be the reason for these activations when responded, try to get your DND service activated and get rid of this problem.

                        Aircel — Deliberately enabling music tune

                        Hi, i have recently taken Aircel sim, no.[protected]. I got call from Aircel regarding music tone , i said no for that but they activated it deliberately and deducted Rs 30. After complaining they refunded the amount. Again in next month they deducted Rs 15 saying music tune got auto renewal and refused for refunding. Why i should pay for which i never activated. Please help.
                        It can happen when you respond to these marketing calls and messages. In order to get rid of these try and get the DND service activated. Thereafter you will have no more unwanted activations and deduction in balance. Wish you luck.

                        Even I have not subscribed for the Music Connect and right now I am in Chandigarh. I have been charged three times 30 Rs- for the Music Connect in the Month of May, June and July 2012. I have disabled it by talking to a Customer Care Person. But reaching a Customer Care Person is difficult and they don't respond to us(Customers) in a very good manner. There way of speaking is unbearable and if they are not able to answer the customers question. They disconnect the call the next second. I have reached thrice to disable my Music Connect previously.                         This is a Bangalore Sim Card and the sim card is registered in the name of Mr. Liansuanmung Vaiphei.

                        I need to unsubscribe from the music connect service to my account.
                        This is the second time that i have been charged for a subscription which I have not yet subscribed for.
                        They charged me automatically and Aircel did not even return the Money
                        that i have been charged. Last time it was Caller Tunes and this and
                        this time it is Music Conect.
                        I would want Aircel to return the money they charged for the subscription back to my account.

                        The sms that came was as follows :-

                        Your subscription to Music Conect has been renewed for another 30 Days and you have been charged Rs. 30.0
                        Please turn off music connect in this number it turned on it self please turn off
                        AIRCEL is following a very simple rule to generate revenues. Its forcibly subscribing customers to these VAS. I have DND and VAS (152233) no vas enabled, even then I keep getting messages that I am subscribed to Music connect. Now a days I dont charge talk time on my SIM(Data only) the sms is for request to recharge so that i can keep on enjoying Music connect.
                        The trick is simple, you complain to 198 they may refund.
                        Any ways how many out of 100 sufferers will take the pain to complain to a pathetic customer service of 198.
                        The company refunds may be 10% of the victim and rest 90% is cool profit, ...simple...
                        fool and trick customers and loot n make profit...

                              i activated aircel 98 pocket INTERNET on 17-9-11 i taken all seting which required for access INTERNET 2 times and called on both no.121 &198 (43) but still i m not get solution on this problem company is taking 98 Rs. & not providing service is doing one type of corruption

                                as I amtring to make ISD call from 5 dayes but its not working .
                                I called CC 121 And Complaint helpdesc 198 lot of times for same but they use to say that we have resolved issue now you can try but it never works.

                                I am from tamilnadu problem occured wenever i try to call one ISD NO from aircel no it says number not in use...but wen i call from airtel or other network call is going for same num....for d past 5 days talking to customer care more than a times.... they say they will solve the problem soon and gave assurance too.still didnt solved ....i am tryin to change the service provider but 1000 rs i have recharged for....dnt know how to get back the money .......very poor service........
                                I am sure its just a small technical glitch. Why don’t you reach out to the nearest Aircel store and speak to the customer care personnel there. I am sure you would get a quick solution…

                                  I am rahul patel from pune maharashtra India , i want you to solve my problem sir .I have aircel simcard I had taken before 5 months , that was post paid no: [protected] . i have inquired near about 4 stores of aircel aundh ,kothrud and more few of them and i have also called call center on 121 ,but no one is ready to take request ,i want to convert my no. from postpaid to prepaid , from last two months i am paying bill of rs 500 . according to trai rule aircel should take request and convert my no from postpaid to prepaid . The simcard is on my sisters name rina patel.Same problem is with another number :- [protected]

                                    i sumit sodhi writing this complaint to let everybody know about cheap and poor customer service of low level company AIRCEL. i bought doungle of aircel by thinking that it would give me better service and plans, but it did'nt work at my place because of not network coverage area. i could'nt believe that,because there is no mobile company who is not covering enough network. then i went to go back to return it, then floor in- charge did'nt even bother to find out what happened. so through my experience i would suggest everybody NOT TO SWITCH AIRCEL COMPANY ANY PRODUCT...........THANKS

                                        my bad chosen aircel no [protected] it was working good and i saved my so many numbers in it and after some time it was not detected in any mobile so i called customer service and they said that the sim has been recycled and i hav to buy a new one very worst service in some places network will not be available in some places what in my home bangalore it is not available very very bad service i have seen ever tata docomo is far better than this
