    i am tryiing to port out my number [protected] (currently existing aircel number) to airtel by sending a message to 1900 in "port mobile number" format. but i am not getting the unique code. rather i am getting a message saying send the message in the above mentioned format. somebody please help.

    Aircel — PORTING REQUEST DENIED

    Dear Sir
    I have been using Aircel prepaid mobile service for the last 7 years now I planned to move some other network with my same mobile number ([protected]). Last week I have raised request for getting the Portin number and then I got the Unique Porting code also (DT494119) on 18th April 2011 but today I got one message from 1901 ie., “The portin request has been denied by your service provider as the connection has been activated for less than 90 days”. Today I tried to sent new message for getting new portin number again but the message was not delivered.

    Please resolve this issue or arrange to accept my request for my mobile number([protected]) as soon as possible.

    Hey i hve applied for number portability and received a porting number
    From aircel no:DT978569 and it was almost two weeks and connection
    has not yet changed and i have applied for a vodafone sim and submitted
    all the details there.kindly pls take serious action against this as i called up
    the customer care and told about this but they are not giving a proper reply.

    Dear Sir,

    I am having Aircel prepaid No. [protected]. last 2-3 month constantly i am facing trouble from the service provider such as network problem, balance deduction etc. and when i called up to the customer care they are making me hold more than 30 minutes every time so finally i decided to switch my service provider from Aircel to Airtel, some day back i received a call from Aircel that don't port your no. will return your money as well i will never get a network problem henceforth which i denied and request them to port my no. their senior said within 2 days my no. will get port to Airtel, its being a weak now, i called up again to Aircel Customer care to inquire, again they made me hold more than 40 minutes to transfer call to the senior, this time he is telling me that we can not process your request as our server is down please call tomorrow like that they are just giving excuses.

    My humble request please help me out to get my no. port from Aircel to Airtel because now i am tired with the pathetic service and network.

      I AM A POST PAID CUSTOMER OF AIRCEL TELECOM BEARING MOBILE NO. [protected]. I HAVE NOT GET MY BILL FROM JAN/2011 DESPITE OF MY REPEATED COMPLAIN TO AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE. MY COMPLAIN NO. SR NO. 1-[protected] ,SR NO. 1-[protected], SR 1-[protected] ETC.. CUSTOMER CARE TOLD THAT THEY HAVE MAIL ME THE BILL, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BILL IN MY MAIL ID.

      ON[protected] I HAVE GET A SMS FROM AIRCEL ABOUT EXCEED OF 60% CREDITED LIMIT, BUT SURPRISING THEY HAVE BAR MY OUTGOING ON[protected] WITHOUT FURTHER INFORMATION. MY SECURITY DEPOSIT IS RS. 1250/- AND MY PLAN IS GOVT. 99/-. MY QUESTION- IF MY BILL WAS 60% ON[protected] HOW IT IS BECOME 150% ON 20-5-11? SECONDLY- WHY AIRCEL AUTHORITY IS NOT SERVING MY BILL FROM JAN/2011?

          I am not being able to use opera mini or any other internet based applications using aircel internet service. that is really very disappointing.surfing the web using the inbuilt micromax browser is never that smooth and satisfying.actually pocket internet is the thing that dragged me to Aircel. the guys at customer service says that aircel don't support ant third party application. that's really disgusting.

            The Aircel mobile service r frequently cheating prepaid amounts from customers accounts. They are charged for different service without customer knowledge such as more SMS service, Automatic dialing, Auto tune setting, unknown service and etc.. The service r send the sms to customer like " Dear Subscriber. you have been subscribed to General tips. Please recharge your account to continue enjoying this service". They were subscribed therself and withdraw amount. I known more are people affected by AIRCEL mobile servicer. Please take action regarding.

              After almost over a month when I made a proper request to colose DND services on my mobile AIRCEL mobile number [protected] I am continuously receiving unwarranted and at times dirty messages/phoinecalls form phone numbers like [protected] and so on whisd is very disturbing and and annoying. I have also reached their services several times but in the call center service providers keep call on hold for unusaually long time in the name that we are checking and the checking never ends calls gets cut off - and on next try some new call taker you repeate the whole story and once again the never ending search and checks begin and this never ends. Please check and make them stop this kind of careless attitude and herrasment from such mobile service providers as well as socalled service provider call centers. Thanks. Alok Jaiman.

                Couple of weeks back I brought an Aircel simcard. From the next day I got 2-3 promotional calls, on the very next day I had registered NDND (National Do Not call Dunning) a message has been received from aircel assuring that promotional call should be stopped on 25.05.2011. From next day onwards am getting 30 -40 calls in a day. Am working as an Operation Theater Nurse and need to expect and to speak on important calls, in this emergency situations am getting this type of promotinal calls and SMS in all working days and Sundays too. So I request help to stop chain promotional calls and sms.

                  I am sureshkumar now i am staying in hosur. last week one offer has came weekly magagine by anantha vikadan for aircel card he gaves i received that card i was sending the message to aircel customer care by instruction type that time i had receive one message he told "thanks for your request you will get the confirmation message once the service is activated" still i am not reeiving that confirmation message from aircel customer care immediatly you take an action otherwise i will complaint to court . my new number:[protected]

                  1. They will not care about customer's urgency or situation they are very
                  irresponsible.
                  2. If they dont know the answer they will put you waiting and disconnect the call after some mins.
                  3. TL are less trained they dont know english. Worst than associate.
                  4.They dont know english but they will start talk english then it will be tamilish.
                  5.If you call continously differenct assoiciates will give different solutions for the same
                  problem. One will say will take one day. One will say can be done in four hours. and one
                  will say if have any relation with Aircel it can be done imm.TL will say two days.
                  6. they will always give another number put the customer in rounding if you dont know
                  the answer or dont want to do that.

                  I have 3 number of Aircel under CUG connection recently i am experiencing very poor signals from the operator and they are sending us their promotional SMS, Calls which I think it is unnecessary for me and that too during our busy schedules. Now they have started to promote their business by using the "Call information display" which is an added value that we are getting, (this will show us in which area we are, which is very useful for us when we are travelling duirng night times) When I called the customer care they told me that this cannot be changed and if you donot want this information you can switch off the call information display. Look this is how the customer care is behaving with us. I have decided to shift to other operators atleast the coverage and signal is good.

                  I purchase new aircel sim on 4/6/09. But not at activate from aircel to till date outgoing/incomming also not worked so sir pls talk to airrcel office no. [protected] Mr vivek or [protected] mr salim
                  i took a new connection on 1st july, 2009 and recharged with rs 98 to use pocket internet.. as my phone has to be setup manually for GPRS.. i calld customer care to request for manual settings, they said they'll call me in 24 hrs but ive recived no call from them... i calld them almost four times but they always say ill get the call in 2-4 hrs but i dont recived any call... four days of my 30 day validity are wasted and im very much annoyed with this stupid connetcion.. moreover the network is soooooooooo poor and the customer care ka number milta hi nahi... i pick up the fone after 20 trys of mine..

                  allways AIRCELL customer service payments totally cheeting co.
                  bhai ek baat batao tum log dhoni ko kitne paise dete ho agar tum lon apni servise mai is paise ko lagaoge to kya bigd jaega . tumhari GPRS ki service itni bekar hai kya batao ek to connect hi nahi hota or connect ho jaye to speed bilkul nahi aati . are yaar kuch kro yaar tum bolte ho ki tum 460 kbps ki speed dete ho tumhari speed keval 64 kbps ki hai or kya type karoo tumhara server down ho jaega ...
                  As far as I know all billings are fully automated and are based on your usage. I think you just need to call the customer care and understand your amount and how the Aircel has arrived at it. They are pretty helpful guys out there I am sure it would help…
                  Respected sir., my name is Ganesh Kamath & my mobile no is [protected]. The problem with Aircel is that per day i recieving at least 4-5 calls from customer care & unlimited SMS from them. When ever i am going to sleep i had to switch of my mobile other wise i cant take rest also. For this matter i also given complaint to Aircel customer care but its helpless they even not writing the complaints also, just telling us that it will corrected within 24 hours but after 24 days also it didnt done. Now Aircel customer care tell me where i can go ?.Switch to other network or my problem will solved ANSWER US
                  Well friend the solution is to get your DND service activated which will block all these calls and messages.
                  I have Aircel connection with number – [protected]. I recharged my mobile on 16/3/2010 by Rs. 225/- for 24 hours aircel to aircel free service. Bt I am unable to call on any aircel number after sharp 11 pm for whole night. I m able to call on other networks like airtel, idea, reliance, local as well as std. except aircel. I made complaint to customer care multiple times. The customer care executives also try to mislead by giving instructions like your handset is having some problem. I tried by another handset also, bt that was not the solution. My complaint ID is 1-[protected]. But not get solution yet. My problem was resolved on 23/3/2010 but only for 1 that day, bt from another day i again faced the same problem. So, I am cheated from aircel. I am frustrated with the poor service. This is the most horrible connection I have taken. Please help me.

                  My mobile no is [protected]. My name id Siddhartha Sankar Paul. It is very busy number. Unfortunately On 27/07/11, I received a message that 65% crossed. but today in my office hrs, suddenly outgoing got stopped without having any prior information. Earlier message was "85% crossed" like that. But now a days the service is so poor to explain. Only for the poor service, today I got a grand loss. Moreover, few days back I had inserted Rs. 98 for AIRCEL GPRS. Now it seems that bill is comming more then earlier why? there is no satisfactory answer neither from the Cell city nor from Customer care. I was having a credit limit or Rs. 1000 but today I came to know that after inserting 98 rupees of GPRS, my credit limit reached upto 1500/- is it true ? if yes then why there was no such information? Such type of anomilies will create havoc to the good customer like me. I use to pay 1000 rs per 15 days (if you analyse the past records) . If you think that I am a valuable customer to you then waiting for your early responce and expect no such problem will occur in near future.

                  I have taken a new connection. I have given required address proofs (Passport Xerox). I’ve been told to visit your aircel centre and submit again. I don’t want to do this. If you need come and collect from me. I’m ready to give. When I say this your cust care agents they don’t understand and keep on saying what they say. Also there is no politeness in their communication. Your immediate action soughted in this. If you bar my connection I’ll go to consumer forum. Also I doubt whetehr you are using my address proofs to give connection to anti social elements.

                  Also another complaint: They have taken 30 rs from my account saying I have subscribed for cricket alert. I haven’t asked for this.

                  I am using Aircel postpaid connection with SMS pack, GPRS etc. I was using trouble free service for past 4 months. Since 24/07/2014 my GPRS is not working between 9.00 pm to 9.00 am. I made a complaint to AIRCEL customer care (121) kept me hold over phone for 44 minutes but did nothing. I walked into AIRCEL office 7 times @ PH Road, kilpauk (Mr.Ramki did good service) Finally I was told that Aircel has withdrawn their GPRS service from Mogappair area. No wonder Aircel perform in this way. I have deactivated GPRS connection. As a manager I have recommended AIRTEL to my HRM further. Try to Improve Aircel

                  I am a aircel customer for 9 years, but i am not happy, because of the poor service.
                  I was using aircel prepaid service for 7 years and i was not given any offers and now i am using aircel postpaid for two years still the same problem i am facing.
                  I really feel disappointed, I really got many offers from other service providers but i am dont have any idea to move to other service providers, where i am sentimentally attached to aircel.
                  But right now i think its time to move on to a different service provider.

                  I am paying my bills for more than 1500 rupees for each n every month, and i was not given any benefits on calls an in internet pack offers.

                  And the signal coverage is also poor, where i reported to the customer care - voice, no joy
                  And i am unable to pay my bills online, &quot;it shows the service is not available for your number&quot;

                  Each and every time i am getting this difficulty with aircel

                  **WARNING** Donot use the aircel services.. Neither the service is good nor the customer support.. The telecom service as well as the internet is pathetic. Even after activating 3g the Internet never works. Today I had a worst experience, they activated some services without my knowledge which I came to know once the amount was deducted from my account. When I called customer care (Ubed/Umed the person I spoke to) was so rude and said that you yourself have activated the services. When I said I did not subscribe for any thing, he was so rude and mannerless in answering and said I cant do anything, I[censored] wanna complain go ahead. When I tried to make him understand that I have not subscribed he was not ready to listen infact disconnected my call..

                    I have subscribed for aircel offer for BLYK service with Rs.74 in which i can recharge with special rate cutters which offers reduced call rates.I recharged with BLYK special recharge of 249 which gives unlimited aircel to aircel calls but i received only limited 3000 mins on my mobile account.On repeated mailing and call aircel customer care they cannot confirm me that wether my BLYK membership has been removed or the special rate cutter 249 option was no longer valid.I check with the company website where its showing the offer still available.They are not reponding properly and i have already recharged twice with 249 to get the special benefit.Please help me.

                        sites are not opening in my pc like facebook
                        i am using aircel internet.i am not able to conect internet on mobile and pc for long 7days.i have complained for so many times but the customer care on aircel first told me that this is a problem for balance you should keep balance avobe 5rs, after that they told me for 5 times this a temporally network problem wait for 6 hour.and so many procidure they have told me...after 3-4days i am not able to conect internet...my 98rs pi card is going to expire so what can i do for this bloody net conection...??????????????and one more thing aircel gprs deperment is not good...
                        we recharge with rs 25 on[protected] but internet speed not work properway

                          i am a aircel user name Vasu using aircel no. [protected]. i recharged my phone from a Rs25 aircel coupon. and after a day i get a sms from aircel that i have been charged for Rs15 for Mehfil-E-Time pass and i'll get alerts for next 30 days then i call to costumer care i asked them that any service is activated on my no. they said 'sir there is no services activated on your no.' But next time when i rechared of Rs25. next day i am having having balance of Rs11 then a SmS came that i have been charged Rs.7 for the next 7 days. And now i can't take it anymore when i rechare my no. they cut my balance by messaging me that you have been rechared for that Mehfil-E-time.
                          so please take any action againgst AIRCEL.

                            This is mess , the credit limit of my phone is 500 , it sounds funny the bill is now for 1342.87, i called the helpline number 121 spoke to the executive for 53:43 minutes and think there is no resolution . They don't have proper reply , interestingly they don't know how to speak . Entire North-East circle of the mobile operators service is not to the slandered. They are Fraud , I have decided to pay only 600/- and rest of the amount i disputed .

                              Dear Sir,
                              1. I was an user of Airtel Mobile from more than last 12 Years and using a same postpaid number [protected], in airtel there is no tariff plan for paying 1 paisa per second for recieving incoming call in roaming, and i am mostly staying out of delhi for my business,
                              2. One day i recieved a call from AIRCEL executive and he will offer me that our company wikll give you incoming calls while roaming in 1 paisa per second, because of my business i advertised in newspapers and on internet and my no. is so common and i suppose to recieve at least 5 - 10 calls for taking loan, credit cards, trade mark registrations and lots more. However this offer impressed me and i port to Aircel.
                              3. When i recieve the first bill of Aircel all the commitment done by the executive of Aircel was proved wrong and even while roaming in Punjab ( where already Aircel is running) my aircel mobile was catching network of vodaphone or idea asnd i had been charged with huge bills. when i send the request to port my no. to any other service provided so i came to know that i have to wait 90 days for that.
                              4. My Aircel mobile was not working from 17/5/2011 morning. Today on 18th May, 2011 morning 7:28 AM I called up customer care from my other Mobile no. I am told that the service was barred by AIRCEL due to exceed the credit limit and there is no intimation by AIRCEL. But the customer care executive said that we SMS you on 11th and 14th may, 2011.
                              5. I requested to the customer care executive to start my services I am an old customer of AIRTEL and my credit limit in AIRTEL is more than Rs16000, also I requested to increase my credit limit last month but Aircel is not going to do anything.
                              6. I request the body of consumer forum to take necessary action against these service provider companies to stop harassing customers and give full information in written while giving new connections.

When i seek help from a supervisor. I was put on hold for almost 45 minutes and the line is disconnected by them. like this I have called 3 times My line is disconnected. Dropping a customer line is high level integrity. But no proper action taken. Please please please done use AIRCEL. Very wrost service.
