Aircel, Chennai — Fradulant act by aircel during flood period

It is saddening that while other telecom network offered free talk time and internet on flood hit tamilnadu citizens, Aircel digged deep by emptying prepaid balance overnight without usage and knowledge of their loyal customers. i have 2 Aircel prepaid connections :[protected] and[protected]. on which the prepaid balance was fraudulently deducted by aircel on flood hit period. Last week my 9 year son was out for an excursion tour to cochin and was trapped midway in jolarpettai on his return due to flood hit train services. He was[protected] stranded in jolarpettai and suddenly found prepaid balance gone negative. He was not able to update / contact us for 2 days and with great difficulty we managed to save him somehow. While trying to contact aircel customer care, we never got the line through The next incident occured to my[protected] two days back i.e monday 6-dec-2015. My prepaid balance close to Rs.650.00 suddenly gone negative and once again i have been a victim of aircel's fraud acts. While BSNL and Vodafone is trying hard to help floodhit people the best they could, aircel is showing its true color by emptying its loyal custome in this moment of grief. shame on you aircel, We want our hard earned money back in our account else we will take this issue largely on social sites to let people aware about you. i have 2 Aircel prepaid connections :[protected]with prepaid balance of Rs.650 plus) and[protected] with prepaid balance of Rs.400 Plus). on both Numbers my entire balance was fraudulently deducted to negative on flood hit period.
This is my 3rd email but seems Aircel has gone deaf and dumb While BSNL and Vodafone is trying hard to help floodhit people the best they could, Aircel is showing its ugly side by emptying its loyal customers pockets in this moment of grief.

Shame on you aircel,

I want my hard earned money back in my account else we I will take this issue largely on social sites to let people aware about Shameful act of Aircel.
