It is saddening that while other telecom network offered free talk time and internet on flood hit tamilnadu citizens, Aircel digged deep by emptying prepaid balance overnight without usage and knowledge of their loyal customers.
i have 2 Aircel prepaid connections :[protected] and[protected]. on which the prepaid balance was fraudulently deducted by aircel on flood hit period.
