[Resolved]  Aircel, Chennai — Failed and False commitment with improper act and misguidance

Greetings.

This is to bring to your notice that how am been guided with mi-communication, false promises and betrayal of Aircel network, Chennai, Tamilnadu.

The below mentioned mail actually explains you the whole of how am been cheated and mis-guided by aircel network.

Where as for your clear over view, hereby am briefing the whole happened below,

In the month of March 2014, due to Rs.25/- charges against CUG i have planned to port my number from Aircel and got Port code for my number [protected], after 4 days i received call from Ms. Sangeetha (Corporate Care Customer Support executive) and she told me and promised me that i will not/never be charged for CUG since am corporate customer for Aircel and no CUG charges for Corporate customers. Then for me gave me added plan (501 minutes & 300 text to any local Network) to my number for retaining me in aircel. So i canceled my porting request to Vodafone and retained my services with aircel.

Later in the month of June,

I went to pay my Aircel Bill in Aircel Showroom in Avadi, Chennai and i have noticed that i was been charged Rs.25/- since from the month of March. It has really pissed me off since am been cheated and misguided with wrong information by Ms. Sangeetha. Then i rand Customer support and claimed my escalation and then some executives kept telling me that i will be charged for CUG and some other executives kept telling me that i will not be charged since am corporate customer. Later by i received call from Ms. Sangeetha again and she promised me of Waver of Rs.25/- since from the month of march till the current month and also she recommended me for an 299 plan migration for my number [protected]. She promised me with the conform Waver with plan migration and extension of 501 minutes with 300 text for next 6 months from the current month of plan migrated(For your reference the complete mail has been forwarded).

Moving on to days, plan migrated but no waver was given when i messages and mailed her asking she stop responding to all those which actually made me irritate and i spoke with Mr. Mohan (TL) the very first TL i spoke with in customer care at 1299. He also promised me that the following things will definitely happen in my number
* Waver of Rs.25/- with Service tax (What ever i have paid from my pocket) since from the month of march till last month of my CUG charges.
* Extension of 501 minutes and 300 text to any local from the current month to next 6 months.

Its been months now and still am waiting for the resolution from Aircel with proper response and very good customer services, but they really failed me in. Now they have suspended my number for non-bill payment of Rs. 400/- & odd, where as i clearly have told them that i never gonna appreciate the number suspension because of non-bill payment until i have my Wavers and said processed requests done, seems like they do not care about their promises and they kept doing of what they want and pushed me to an inconvenience situation.

I want the team to make a immediate action against my escalations
* Waver of Rs.25/- with Service tax (What ever i have paid from my pocket) since from the month of march till last month of my CUG charges.
* Extension of 501 minutes and 300 text to any local from the current month to next 6 months.
* Release my number from suspension.
and get me my requested things done along with some percentage of compensation because of Aircel misguidance and false commitment which push me to critical situation.

Dear Team,

As per my conversation held with Mr. Mohan (TL) today in 1299, I have asked to forward this mail that was promised commitment by Ms. Sangeetha Corporate care executive to retain me in Aircel network. I was badly cheated and betrayed by your executives every time I escalate a complaint. Here I was promised for CUG Waver since from march 2014, and Add on topups reset to next six months for both numbers [protected] & [protected]. But now I was cornered and no one seriously has courtesy to honor my escalation.

Today I received message stating my number will be disconnected with outgoing, if that happens then I have to things very seriously and escalate it completely legal with all documents and proofs I have.

For your better information, read through the mail below from Ms. Sangeetha towards my escalation.

You promised me a week's time but now 2nd week started still i haven't receive any update on my Bill reversal for CUG for both numbers since from March month. Kindly check with and revert me on same asap since i cannot keep going like this on expectation any more. Also i haven't receive any update on my Re-Activate of My Add on Top-ups (Local: 501 minutes and 300 Text) for the next six month counting down from this month.

I want you to take this with at most serious and revert me asap with the exact date and time for resolution towards my escalation.

Am now seriously disappointed with Aircel services, in spite of telling u and ur team people that "Until l my escalated complaint is sorted and until i i get my valuable wavers, i cannot go ahead and make my bill payment", but i noticed that since morning i stopped receiving calls and it says like temporarily suspended.

So is this way is the respect they am getting from Aircel towards my escalation, Aircel can suspend my services without any prior notice by message or call.

I want u to ring me at my alternative number for more clarifications.

As per our discussion held over phone today towards the escalation of my two Aircel mobile numbers ([protected] & [protected]), I have received the mail with the details that you have discussed about proving us some offer along with Plan Migration.


Considering that and taking your words in promise of Waver of CUG Charges from the month the charges happened for both numbers and also Waver for Extra Add on Top-ups charges (Which you have failed to mention in the mail) since from the day they where charged.


I Also here by agrees to Go with the discussed and said plan of Club 299 Plan for both number ([protected] & [protected]) with Extra minutes of 501 for ([protected]).


(Only If possible). My humble request for the Extra Minutes of 501 and 300 Text for any network in TN can be reset for [protected] from the day of Club 299 plan activated for the next six month.


Note: I have Made My cancellation of Porting request for Both numbers made to another network for MNP today.
