I had a number [protected] which was having avg bill of 150/- per month.
Suddenly a month internet bill 800/-. I had asked them to share log for that they did not provide. Irrespective aircel provided details they disconnect my number. I have been chasing them for details. Now to reactivation they are asking 15000/- stating it a golden number. More over i said why should i pay amount when there is already a complaints going on. They are bargaining like how much u can pay for that. U pay a decent amount we will reactivate.
Please resolve such a unprofessional, misbehaviour and bargaining like a beggar doesn't look good to mnc
