[Resolved]  Aircosta — refund not received from past 9 months

Aircosta cancels my flight to jaipur and sent a mail the refund will processed in 24 hours on march 2017, it has been 9 months i have never received my refund and afterwards i tried to call them and mail them, they send a mail it will be refund in 7 days. But 9 months passed they havent refund money nor now they respond to my mails.

Please find the details of my flight.

Company cancelled my ticket, and from 9 months not refunded my money . please find the copy of email.
