Aircosta — not getting refund from aricosta for cancelled flight

I have booked flight ticket from ahmedabad to bangalore for 9th april through via.com and i got email from aircosta has my flight got cancelled.
After flight got cancelled, i did many followup with aircosta and dgca in last 5 months, but till today 30th july i did not get my refund.

Aircosta has taken almost 5 months and still i did not get refund for cancelled flight.

How to get refund back from aircosta?
