[Resolved]  Airindia — Delay in Services

Hi, I had to travel from Delhio to Mumbai on AirIndia flight AI688 at 6:30 am in the morning of Oct 27 2014. I got a call in late night of Oct 26 2014 that my flight has been combined with AI657 and now start at 7:00 am.Once I reached the Airport, I was shocked to know that I was given a Stand By id during check in and there was confusion all around as we were told that our Flight has been cancelled. I tried to enquire with the people present at the checkin counters but to no avail. I asked about the managers of AI but they were not present and I along with other passengers had to suffer because of Lack of Information. I finally got to know after an hour that my flight at 7:00 am has been cancelled and now I will have to fly in 10:00 am flight which would mean that I will miss my Morning meetings at office in Pune and my whole day plan went for a toss. I want to complain regarding the unprofessional behavior of the Air India and its officials and lack of timely information and the time loss and the mental agaony that I went through during all this. Please help me with this and let me know what else needs to be done now as I want a fitting compensation for all this pain.
