Airindia — Refund Issue

Requested for cancellation:1 Week before the departure date by consulting the Air India customer care team.
I have been trying to contact the customer care team of AirIndia as well as AirIndia ecommerce team every day and customer care team says amount has been refunded on Feb 10th but there is no credit of amount in my source account.
I have requested AirIndia e-commerce team as well as customer care team multiple times for refund reference number and refund amount details but they never responded.Kindly look into this issue and help in receiving my refund at the earliest.
