Airindia — Refund process

Hello There,

I am writing this email because my mother's flight was cancelled and the refund was NOT processed for 18 months since flight cancellation due to the pandemic. Multiple attempts were made to contact air india and agent for refund. If the issue is not resolved, This is the last attempt before I will file a complaint against Air India to US DOT regarding fraudulent practice.
