I had booked a flight for 27th August. Yesterday I received an email saying that the flight had been cancelled. Since then, I have been trying to call their customer care to reschedule the flight.
I have called more than 10 times and I have waited on call for more than 1 hour as well. But the ticketing team doesn't pick up the call to generate the ticket. The same thing happened every time I called.
If the ticketing team is not able to handle calls, why don't they put this facility online?
My money is stuck and I am not able to reschedule the flight now.
I have pinged them on Facebook and on Twitter and still, they haven't responded. Was this information helpful? |
